Wish I would've had the time to research problem myself. I've rented roto-rooters from Home Depot several times for the toilet. I pay $45 to rent rooter for 4 hours and usually takes about 15 minutes to unclog. Didn't think companies charged such a high price for one of the easiest jobs. Just wish I had more time that day to remedy myself. Plumber and secretary on the phone were very professional, timely, and courteous. They did a great job!!

Not so good, really. Well they cleared my kitchen drain and the warranty was 30 days and that's about how long it lasted. I was out of town because my mother was ill so I did not have them come back out. So I have to have the service again but I won't use them. They were here in March 2016. I did not have any additional costs. I just would expect if they had done an outstanding job of clearing my kitchen drain I wouldn't have a problem again so quickly.

We received a phone call ahead of the service man arriving. Cause of leak was the basket strainer. David, the service person, was able to fix the issue immediately. Very knowledgeable and courteous. He even asked me if I was an Angie's List subscriber!

It was a difficult clog but the technician was great and had it done quickly and efficiently. Friendly service. Excellent provider!

Pleasant staff made our appointment. Service man arrived on time and went right to work. The outside access point gave him the needed port to snake the drain. The clog was difficult to remove but he was persistent. Once the line was cleared he made sure the water would drain without any more problem. He cleaned up afterwards. Everything went very well. We did use the Angie's List coupon offer and saved about $100.00 on the service. We would definitely use this company again for our plumbing needs.

Things went pretty well. They are good. They came on-time like we scheduled it. There was one detail they forgot about a handle for a valve. They forgot to give it to me and they have not sent it to me yet.

Cody, the technician was AWSOME. He ran several diagnostics until he uncovered the source. He was extremely professional and considerate, carefully cleaning up sling the way. We will definitely call them for future needs and recommend to all our neighbors and friends!

Great job... Larry was able to unclog a toilet that someone had used napkins and a drain with a huge hair clog!

Everything got fixed, but there was a misunderstanding on the cost. They honored the quote and made everything right.

We have used Maurichi, the clean plumbers, previously. We have been satisfied each time. In this case, we called to get a new faucett installed in our bathroom. We were quoted $195.00, and got an appointment within a few days. The plumber & his trainee came out promptly. I asked if there were any discounts and the plumber told me of the Angie's List coupon of $119.00 for $200.00 worth of services. I went to my computer, signed up for the coupon and was able to use it for this job. The plumbers did a good job. It was tougher job than expected due to tight spaces. I had tried to do it myself but quickly got stuck. The plumbers were neat, clean and efficient, as advertised. I will use them again.

The technician explained what had caused the issue and offered ways to prevent it in the future. They had a new water heater the next day and installed it quickly and efficiently. They were very professional and nice. They even returned with the instruction manual they forgot to give us when they left our house! We thought the price was high for the water heater, but since we couldn't even find our model on any website, we were very happy that they were able to get one and so quickly. We would highly recommend them.

This the third or fourth job they have done for us. It is always a pleasure to deal with Clean Plumbers.

Upon testing, I noticed water flowing from laundry room into garage. Kenny helped me pull the washer/dryer assembly away from the wall so we could find where the water softener's drain tube was [supposed] to enter a drain pipe. Found the tube had come out of the drain pipe. Kenny reinstalled the tube into the drain pipe and lashed it in place to prevent recurrence and helped me push the washer/dryer back into place. The assistance with this drain issue was done at no additional cost, willingly and with an obvious sense of service. Kenny was extremely polite and professional in all he did.

The plumber was prompt, professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would use them again.

Old water softener was not repairable, so installation of new one was performed.

David was the man that came, he was wonderful and very nice to work with.

My toilets were backing up so I called this company because their website said they provide emergency service 24/7. I called on a Saturday at 430pm. The person took my info an said someone would call me back. After 30 minutes with no call, I called again. They took my info again and said someone would call me back. I finally received a call back the following day at 330pm so apparently when they say "call 24/7" on the website, it doesn't mean they will actually provide emergency services, it just means you can call and leave a message for someone to call you whenever they get around to it.

That went fine. They answered right away. I paid 39 dollars originally. When they came out, one of my faucets had sand in it and got plugged so they needed to flush it, then they charged me another 39 dollars. I was a little surprised on the price because I had paid the 39 dollars but then I got another bill for 39 dollars. When I questioned it, they said the 39 dollars was just to make a service call. I'd probably use them again but I would be a little more clear before hand on what the price is going to be.

Scheduled the appointment for the afternoon, and the office person called me an hour later saying they had an earlier appt available. Tech arrived, put on his "booties" to preserve cleanliness, and proceeded. About an hour -1/2 later the drain is moving better than it has in 5 years (when I purchased the home). Completely satisfied

Tony was professional and exhibited a great amount of patience with all that went wrong. He stayed the entire day to ensure everything related to the kitchen plumbing was in working order. He performed task that had nothing to do with plumbing in order to finish the installation. He did not nickle and dime me and kept his word with regards to the price we agreed upon regardless of the unforeseen events through out the installation. He did not even take a lunch break and he cleaned up afterwards! I would call Tony again for all of my plumbing needs!

We have an old house built in 1926 and had an issue with the kitchen pipes in the wall as they were blocked. The Clean Plumbers gave me a time within 2 hours and the service technician arrived early. We received a phone call to let us know he was on the way. The technician solved the problem right away and removed the blockage in 2 places using 90 ft of cleanout line. Service was excellent, company was very professional...They have a customer from now on!

Coupon on front page of newspaper Called and spoke to Val who set up appointment for next day. Larry arrived on time, gave me an initial estimate and got to work. Replaced parts and made adjustments Finished in about an hour. Everything working well. I paid final bill

It was excellent. I spoke with the technician, the person that went up there and that's why I'm saying this company is really great. The tenant had also requested the plumber not put down on the invoice the fact that the plumber actually got out some sand or something and it was coal that my tenant had put down the drain which further caused the things up. The plumber did not put bit down on the invoice but the plumber did tell me over the phone that I just want to let you know that he also did this. So I actually caught my tenant in a lie when he said that there was nothing that he did wrong and so I'm getting reimbursement from my tenant for those services.

Office staff was cheerful and courteous. I explained I had a broken bath sink faucet and was told they could send someone the same day. I asked for next day and was told to expect a plumber between 9:00 and 9:30. Joe arrived on time as promised. He looked at the old Moen faucet and recommended replacement instead of repair, quoting $358 to install a Delta replacement. I agreed. I cannot comment on price as I have nothing to reference against. The invoice is not itemized, and I could have purchased faucet myself for under $100. I do not know if over $250 for drive out and labor is reasonable. Joe worked quietly and neatly. I am happy with result. Would call again.
