Larry arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He provided an estimate upon arrival and completed all work timely considering all that had to be done.

Repair person (Tom) arrived on Wed afternoon at the scheduled time. We told him of the issues. He explained that all three of our toilets (installed ten years ago) needed to be rebuilt (resealed). We discussed the need for a hi-rise toilet to replace one of the toilets. He thought it would be Friday before he had it. But they called and said he would be out the very next day (Thursday) to work on all three. he arrived at the scheduled time, and was completed with everything within two hours. He took the time to discuss why the toilet seals needed to be repaired, and the operation of the new toilet. The final price came in slightly less than what they estimated. You don't see that happening very often! Tom was pleasant, courteous and prompt!

These folks are great. The guy who showed up was professional & quickly went to work - minimal chit chat. Came in and out of the house as necessary & made sure to never slam the door even though I didn't say anything about that. Bent down & said hello to our little dog to reassure him. Always had on the shoe covers in the house. Even wiped up the floor in the bathroom where some water spilled even though the bathroom floor was a mess because of us! Guy really seemed to know what he was doing. Gave me a price on the fix within 5 minutes of arriving. This is a really great outfit! Will use them again!

Without hesitation, the plumber put on booties over his shoes and was able to give me quote for the work to be done, as well as a name for the remodeling estimate. Once I approved the work to be done, he was able to quickly perform the tasks, and cleaned up like nothing had ever happened. It was efficiently, quickly, and cleanly performed.

I called to get a quote/estimate--was told by Val that they DO NOT give estimates or prices over the phone, that they needed to send a tech out to inspect, AND that would cost me a $39 service fee. I don't think this is right, you should have a "basic" cost type sheet, seems odd

Arrived on time, was pleasant and professional. More in depth job than appeared originally. The washer and dryer was delivered new but unable to be hooked up because of problems with existing ventilation and connecters.

We had a slab leak in the bathroom, I called them to come to check it up. One plumber came and gave me a quote. Because the pipes are behind the toilet in the drywall, he gave me a bill as follows: Just remove the toilet and put it back on $175, cut the drywall $80, repair the pipe if its above the ground and it's single pipe $375, if it's manifold add $150 or more. Then he found that it probably the slab leak underground, and he quoted my $900-$1200 for the repair. Their services are way overpriced.. I only asked them to remove the toilet so that I can check the actual leaking. That cost $80 for 3 minutes job. He never used any profession tools to locate the exact location of the leak, just use his eyes, he said it is slab leak. Then he gave me a quote on repairing, it's from $900 - $1200, I asked how do you determine the price and why the range is so big, he said that's his boss told him... And also they do not work on weekends, so we have to wait until Monday. They looks very unprofessional so I didn't let him do the job and only paid $80 for removing the toilet. Next day, I found another plumbing company, they checked and explained everything about their job, they suggest us to hire leak detection company to locate the actual leaking point because they can't confirm the point just by looking, and they quoted us way less than this company does on the slab leak repair. The best thing is they work on weekends!! We would not recommend The Clean Plumbers to do any repair jobs.

Greg (think that's the name, it's been a long time) did an excellent replacement of the valve, using top-quality quarter-turn valve. Very professional and even had to go back to the shop for a special tool only, and came back right away to get it done.

Service call was fine, plumber clean and professional. Cost for service seemed high to me, hence my rating of "D" for price.

I called the clean plumbers and they came out the same day. Kenny Deal was the gentleman who came out to look at the problem. He ***** the situation very quickly and he changed the switch and put in a brand new water tank all in 2 hours. He was totally professional and on top of that the total coast was $1200/ He saved me $2400 because other companies quoted me $3600 to change my entire system which was not necessary.

Called and immediately got through to a real person. We setup time to come and they came on time. I was given a written estimate, time frame to fix and plumber communicated that he would have to go to warehouse to pick up new water heater and return---which he promptly did. The work was not only done neatly, the plumber patiently answered my questions and actually pulled out one of the drain pipes to explain and demonstrate how he was troubleshooting the issue I had. I am not aware of the name brands of water heaters, so I really don't know if I paid anything out of the ordinary for the quality of unit I got. However, I do know that for a 50 gallon tank, the price is in line with what other service providers advertise. This is my second time using this plumber and I'm very happy. I don't plan to call anyone else.

The Clean Plumbers stabilized my toilet, so it does not wobble. They also repaired a leaky sink faucet and pipe. They cleaned up after themselves well.

Quote was about $700 and said it would take 3.5 hours. I denied their service and was able to have someone else do it for $215 and only took about 45 minutes, which is what I estimated it would take.
