It was average. I expect plumbers to overcharge, but not by this amount. So I was disappointed, even though I've been a repeat customer.

It went ok...the price was much higher than anticipated, but I was able to purchase a coupon on Angie's List which helped a little.

We called the Clean Plumber and they sent a plumber out that afternoon. He replaced our garbage disposal. His work was very neat and he even put on booties before he came into the house. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

They were nice. They did a good job. They showed up on time and they were helpful. It took them 10-15 minutes to change the gasket and it was $80. They looked at a faucet and everything was $140 so it was expensive.

They were okay! No complaints! They were quite expensive, but all plumbers are. The experience was good and the guy they sent was a nice guy. I tore out the bathroom myself and I couldn?t solder the copper pipe back together. So basically, they came out and soldered the pipe and charged me $400 or $500 when done. They came out the same day, about 6:00pm at night, which was good, it was awesome! They did a good job! They were pricey, but I needed the work done, so I can?t complain! The guy was very professional, very thorough and he knew what he was doing. He was quick, efficient and he was in and out. Was very polite, nice guy, no problems. Work was good!

We spoke. The gentleman went to pick up a new unit, quickly returned and installed a new hot water heater.

I provided my own faucet and The Clean Plumbers came and changed them out for me. There was an additional expense. I think it was under a hundred but I don't recall exactly what is was. They were prompt, they came out and did the work and didn't take too long. My interaction with them was fine. The work that they did still works, so I'm happy, no leaks. I guess their price was fine, I really didn't compare it with anything else since I already had purchased the Angie's List, I really don't know because I didn't try with anybody else. I really don't know if I actually overpaid or not, I really don't know. I was okay with it; I paid the additional money, I needed the work done so that was all I cared about. The quality of the work was fine. They got in touch with me once I purchased the thing and they came out. Maybe I would use them again, maybe not, I don't know, I have used other plumbers too, but for that job it was fine. Yes, I would them for small jobs.

Came out same day to replace hot water heater.

They had to come and do some work with the contractor and they did a very good job with them. We've used them many times. They're reasonable, they will come out if I have a leak and I've been blessed and lucky with them.

I called just before noon and was informed that they would have a technician out between 2 and 4 to check the water heater and give me a quote. They called back a little before 2 and asked if I would be home (a tech was on the way). When John arrived he had a new water heater on the truck and was prepared to do the work required. Although the quote was considerably higher than I expected or wanted to pay I agreed to allow the work to be done. John took less than an hour to complete the work and cleaned up the garage area afterwards. I am very satisfied with the work and we had hot water within the hour. I am not familiar with the State brand of heater that was installed so the jury is still out on it but the service was excellent.

It went great. Kenny diagnosed my problem, fixed it and showed me what to do for preventative maintenance. They fit me into their schedule to accommodate my schedule, Kenny called when he was on the way, were coming, were very professional and easy to talk to. I will definitely use them again.

The job was finished. The electrician needed to go above and beyond by drilling a hole through the attic flooring.

The office staff and Kenny met our expectations and more. They were here at the time they said and back the day they promised to replace our water softener and installed a circulating pump on the hot side of the water heater and a thermostatic valve under master bath sink to maintain hot water farthest from water heater. Very impressed with Tom Buchmeier the service tech who came out. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step; also offered suggestions for improving the overall workings of our system. When the need arises we want to make sure Tom is our technician.

Plumber was very friendly, courteous, and efficient. No issues and would be happy to use them again, although hopefully not too soon!

Larry installed the faucet in record time, in a professional manner, and kept the work area neat. After looking under the sink to repair a loosened pipe connection, and noticing that a leak was still active, he discovered a break in the drain line from the dishwasher to the disposer. Thank you, Larry. The appointment time was even moved to an earlier start.
