 + -1 moreThese guys logged on remotely (which scared me at first) and talked me through the process as they were doing it. They assigned my printer to a fixed address so it wouldn't get lost anymore and it works all the time now. It's even faster than when it was working, probably because the computer doesn't have to go looking for it every time now. I would use them again and the price was good.
Description of Work: The printer kept getting lost on our network, it would be there sometimes, then other times we'd have to restart the computer.
