The outcome was wonderful. The problem was identified within 30 minutes and pipe replaced. Gabby and his crew were professional and respectful of property. I would definitely recommend this company.

Technician arrived about 30 minutes later than was last advised. He removed the set screw holding the handle in (I had tried but had the wrong size Allen wrench) and said the cost would be $300. I expected it to cost between $100-150 and was shocked. He did the job for $200 which I thought was excessive also. He was here for a total of 35 minutes and had no trouble with the replacement. I will look elsewhere for future plumbing needs.

Work accomplished Charged extra - had to go on roof didnt look for clean out Recomended replacing lines...$6-10,000 job!!! Replced old toilet in other bath

Great!! Jose and Rozz did an excellent job installing and making it look good as well. The previous AC had wires and duct vent from furnace could burn you if touched while working. Now, all of the wires and connections to include the duct vent is out of way. One day install, very neat, professional, and explained the process as they were installing so we would understand our new system. Picked up and left everything clean. Kimberly (manager of schedules and installation) also was very responsive for any questions we had before, during and after the installation. Matt was the original salesperson who came over because of a leaky overflow from the original AC. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. Again, great work!!!

MY entire A/C unit and air ducts were replaced by Red Cap A/C Division. It ended up leaking and ruined my wood floor. John Gennaro the owner of the company came to my house after many complaints from me and gave me a discount on the A/C unit for the leaking. BUT I STILL HAD TO file an insurance claim for the damage and repair to my floor baseboard. When the second A/C leak occurred and did damage to the wood floor, I called and they made all kinds of excuses why. I requested to have a technician come out...their technician told me there was an error in the drain pipe placement and it had to be moved. No work was done on the visit. Five days later I didn't hear back from Red Cap regarding how my A/C going to be fixed. I made another call to Red Cap A/C ....they send out a technician to repair the wrongly placed drain line. The repair was done......AGAIN INCORRECTLY..... now the moved drain line they relocated is entirely blocking the A/C filter. NOW the filter can't be changed because the drain line is placed in front of the filter entrance with no way of putting in or removing the old filter. Now I have to schedule another appointment to have this fixed. By this time I've had it ...I text the owner John Gennaro stating all the problems I'm having and in an ERROR TEXT TO THE WRONG PERSON HE RESPONDS "THIS IS THAT CRAZY LADY THAT RUNS A>>>>>>>CLUB" clearly this text was intended for a co-worker. My response was "NO THIS IS THE CUSTOMER THAT HAS SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH YOUR COMPANY NOT ONLY FOR CLEARLY TERRIBLE A/C SERVICES.. BUT FOR YOUR PLUMBING SERVICES AS WELL." DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY CLEARLY DON'T RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS

when the technician went to replace the shut off valve, it accidently broke off from the connection joint on the outside wall. he had to cut the cinder block from outside to gain access to the broken pipe. no complaints on his part as he did an excellent job. my complaint was with his supervisor as now he wanted to charge me over 550.00 dollars for the repair from the original price of 267.00 for the the valve replacements, the additional charge being for the extra work that now had to be done. I did not feel that I should have paid for the extra work since I did not cause the issue. with much discussion we finally settled on 300.00 for the entire bill.

Inspection failed, tenants had no hot water - after two days of working they walked off job and failed inspection, it took weeks before they realized they had goofed. I was verbally scolded by Rachel as I did not understand how difficult it is for her get a permit issued when her co-workers failed to tell her I had a water heater included on original work order which means a mechanical permit needs to be issued as well. City inspector pointed out they needed firestop, to fill in trenches and really should be present when the inspection takes place the day after they walk off job. They never tested the lines for pressure or turned water heater circuit back on as tenants moved in and took cold showers before they complained about Red Cap Plumbings poor work quality and ethics. Below pictures show no firestop, they show sink unattached to wall and lines not hooked up, the images show the open trenched where three tenants walked daily. I hope this shows what you will get from them. About 6 months after job was started and permit failed they sent a letter to the tenants when they were well aware I did not reside in that home. The city is well aware they were not present at inspection and were helpful enough to point out the numerous failures with permit.

Red Cap Plumbing and Air truly exceeded my expectations. We had been without hot water for 5 days and they sent Brent to the rescue. We called a competitors and they charge me $155 to tell me what I already knew, then wanted to charge me another $155+ to install the part. My coworker suggested I contact Red Cap. After speaking with Red Cap and explaining our concern, they offered to waive the $29 fee to troubleshoot the problem. Brent from Red Cap, fully diagnosed the problem and realized that there was another hidden issue as soot built up on the burner preventing the pilot light from staying on and properly heating the water. I asked Brent if they matched competitor pricing. He immediately contacted his manager and received approval to match the price. What really impressed me was that Brent was very thorough and was able to properly explain the problem and recommend an appropriate solution.
