Went fine.
Description of Work: Olin was hired to replace our gas hot water tank and do some toilet work inside. Joe arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He told us about a gas company rebate on the new hot water heater and even filled out the form for us making the whole process very easy and convenient. I would hire them again in a second. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: plumber came to my home to fix leaky shower va.lve after he tore apart my shower valve he told me it was going to cost 295. He had me by the short hairs the bill was 95 for cartridge and 200 for labor 50 minutes I called his office told them what happened they credited me 50. I found same cartridge at Lowes for 39.00 not on sale so I paid 200 for labor and 45 for cartridge. He should have worn a mask and pointed a gun at me. GIANT RIPOFF

Description of Work: Very attentive and professional. Fixed existing issues and quoted more substantial work (that I previously knew about) that needs to be done in the future. Description of Work: A pipe was leaking in the bathroom so I had to shut the water into the house. Olin Plumbing had an emergency line available on Sundays (thankfully) so they sent someone out within an hour. When the rep arrived, he was able to stop the leak so we could turn the water back on but the pipe had to be replaced. They came back out the next day and repaired everything in about an hour. They were very professional and courteous and I would recommend them in the future.

Description of Work: after I removed all cabinets from master bath sink I found the leak was under the slab. Plumber use leak detector. Jacked hammered spot where leak was at. Rerouted in wall from toilet to sink plumbing. Plumbers repatched hole in |slab. Three hour job.Next day I found a pin size leak in master bath pipe. Plumber came back out. Cut and repaired leak. One hour job.

Description of Work: We had a hole in copper water pipe under our tile floor. He carefully cut out 2 tiles, replaced the pipe, added cement. At first the repair appeared to leak, but he kept working with it until he was sure it was fixed. Very friendly, and good work, but we thought the prices were high.

In our efforts to insure that our customers & potential customers are given the best possible service that is available we try to be as honest as possible with them. In some cases we are not the best choice for their plumbing issues like this one. Mobile homes are a breed of their own. The piping systems are not of standard size or configuration, there is a lot of oddball stuff in most mobile homes. In this case we believe that a company that has more experience in working on mobile homes was in the best interest of this individual. We apologize for not excepting the work that you have but every trade has their experts & we are not an expert in mobile homes.
