+ -1 moreVery impressed with this company. They are customer focused and their product works. It's been over 6 months since the visit and indeed we haven't seen bugs with one exception. We had ants in the bathroom for a few days, I called them and they came out within a couple days. It is better than scheduling the folks to come every month. Very courteous and they want to know how they did.
Description of Work: Entire house once a year pest control. They come once and claim you don't see bugs for a year.

+ -1 moreThey told me if they are inspecting one area then they won't charge, but if it's an entire inspection then they do charge to come out. The man showed up late, but they did have the wrong number so they couldn't call to tell me. When he showed up, he was very nice and professional. It was a good experience, and he was an overall nice guy. I will use them in the future if I need to.

+ -1 moreTHE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED WHEN PROMISED AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE REMOVED HIS SHOES AND WORE BOOTIES. THEY RETURN FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE DURING THE YEAR WHENEVER YOU SEE BUGS OR HEAR RODENTS IN THE ATTIC.
Description of Work: PERFORMED ANNUAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE. INCLUDES OUTSIDE TREATMENT TO LAWN, WINDOWS, EAVES/SOFFITS, LANAI. INCLUDES INSIDE TREATMENT TO VOIDS UNDER CABINETS, ATTIC, POCKET DOORS, GARAGE, INSIDE DOORS. ALSO INCLUDES TERMITE INSPECTION.

+ -1 moreVERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY, BOTH THE OWNER AND THE TECHNICIAN THAT DID THE WORK. COMPANY FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL A FEW DAYS LATER TO MAKE SURE THAT THINGS WERE GOING WELL. CAN CALL ANYTIME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR IF ANY BUG PROBLEMS SURFACE. VERY THOROUGH PEST TREATMENT. OUTSIDE, THEY TREATED ENTIRE YARD, AND TURNED THE MULCH IN PLANTER BEDS TO UNCOVER ANY NEST. INSIDE, TREATED BOTH ATTIC ACCESS AREAS, DRILLED SOME (UNSEEN) HOLES UNDER KITCHEN CABINETS AND TREATED IN THERE, ETC. OUR CARPENTER ANTS SEEM TO HAVE CLEARED UP.
Description of Work: INSTALLED TERMITE MONITORING STATIONS AROUND HOME PERIMETER, TO BE CHECKED QUARTERLY FOR ACTIVITY. DID ONCE A YEAR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR PEST CONTROL.
