Extreme Maids

This is the second time I have used extreme maids! They are extremely good at what they do. Very responsive and punctual. They get the job done!

They are excellent. From making appointments (which you can do online and I found everything included) to email to remind me, I'm a very satisfied customer. I'm farely particular on how I want cleaning down. They pick up the items, dust them off and clean the area. I tried 2 places prior, they dusted but did not dust knick knacks etc. My kitchen and bathroom clean, sanitized, and sparkling. Very thorough. Above all, I didn't have to watch them. My belongings are secure. I have the same gals come. I won't use anyone else. I trust this company.

Fantastic job, as usual. They put so much care into what they do, that they even dress the bed and towels like they do in hotels. They give the toilet paper and paper towels fan ornaments, it's kind of ridiculous but I love the extra touches.

The girls are amazing. Attention to detail is always expected and they always do a great job! My kids love the way they clean because the do a few extra little things to make them feel special... like putting their stuffed animals on the bed or making shapes out of towels in the bathroom, etc.

It went amazingly well. The two girls that come to my apartment are so polite, always go above and beyond, and my apartment looks spotless. They are also very affordable and accommodating. On countless occasions I have had to reschedule or cancel my appointment, or even change the location, and they have always done their best to be there on time and never charged cancelation fees. I will continue to work with them.

I work nights, it's been difficult finding other cleaning services to work around my schedule because it changes weekly. Extreme maids has been wonderful and it's professional staff do an excellent job. I also appreciate the owner of the business. I changed a rating to "good" after one particular cleaning of monthly cleaninf when I would always say "excellent service." I received a call from the owner asking for feedback, he was understanding while still accommodating. He refunded my hour of organization and ensured that I would receive a different cleaning pair. Even though I was satisfied with the cleaning, though not as thorough as the previous one, he wanted to ensure his customers recieved excellent care. I will continue to ensure I utilize this company because satisfaction is the top priority.

I had no problem with the girls that came and did the work. I have several complaints against the office. 1. I originally signed up for bi-monthly cleaning,but needed flexibility with scheds. The office kept putting me on the same time each week,. I found out when they emailed and I had to keep breaking it and rebook at a time that was better for me. 2. I had the girls booked on a Wed. and the email to prove it. A girl showed up on Monday and said she was told to be here. I showed her the confirmation for Wed. 3. After I cancelled their prebooked dates I got blocked from booking on line. I called the office often, telling them I need flexibility but that was ignored.

I have used Extreme Maids probably 20 times and I continue to be impressed each time. Their employees are extremely prompt, polite and thorough with everything they do. Try this company, you won't be disappointed! AAA+++

Two ladies arrived on time and did an adequate cleaning job, but I noticed after they left that they broke two items in my house and didn't tell me. I was in the garage the whole time; they could have come to get me, but instead they placed the broken items back on the shelf and kept it from me. I find that kind of dishonesty unacceptable. I informed the company and received no response or follow up. I do not recommend this company!

Extremely well. I was hesitant to hire a maid service because I'm rarely pleased with the quality of the cleaning. However, after the first cleaning I was hooked. The entire home was spotless. I can't wait for them to come back. Money well spent. In addition to the cleaning itself, the scheduling process is so easy. Very pleased with this company.

The service went well. The team arrived within 15 minutes of the arrival window. They went straight to work and we didn't notice them talking on their cell phones or texting during the time here. After shying away from cleaning services for years due to poor outcomes, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of work. They worked hard and the results were amazing. I was worried about the bamboo floors as other services have scratched them. Extrememe Maids actually made them shiny. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. There was a lot, ephasize a lot, of dusting to be done and they took care of it all As stated above I was extremely wary due to bad experiences with other services, but Extreme Maids did a fantastic job and I am very pleased.
