We have an issue with carpet seams being out in the middle of the hall and not at the doorways. Who does that? We learned it was done because not enough carpet was ordered. When I finally got a call back from Larry, I was told they would order carpet and redo two hallways. That was months ago. I have made numerous calls and texts to Larry and Ashley for weeks without any response. Doesn’t say much when a company doesn’t stand by their work and correct their mistakes. So unprofessional!

We hired diversified floors to do our engineered hardwood floors. This company don't have their act together. First wrong color wood came. Second time arround they were short 2 boxes. So they ordered and then they left us in the middle of work saying they will come back once wood arrive. I called them number of time they would not answer. They came back after 10 days to finish the job. They didn't give us any paperwork on wood or warranty, I have tried calling them number of time, they said they will email, but no email yet. They don't answer or return phone calls. Very unprofessional. I have spent almost $4500 but I have no warranties from them.

It went excellent. They were organized and very professional. The way that they removed the carpet was very organized and well done. They knew what they were doing and were very efficient.

Larry came over 4/1/16 to look at our bathroom remodel project. He said to send over my email address for the estimate. I sent him a text 4/2 thanking him for coming over and provided my email address for the quote. Days went by and no response, so I emailed him my contact information, still nothing. I called the office last week, and nothing. If he wasn't interested in doing the job why didn't he tell my husband when he came out on 4/1? At the very least called us, emailed or even a text. The odd thing about this is, we purchased tile from Lumber Liquidators who recommended Diversified Floor care. They actually tiled my home office several months ago. The tile work was great, with one issue, they didn't let the thin set dry thoroughly and it caused the dark grout to look a milky white, known as efflorescence. When I contact Larry, he said to do an acid wash, that didn't help at all. I thought overall the tile work was fine and would make sure everything dried properly this time around. We are remodeling our entire house and would have had several hundred feet of tile work for his company. Even after our first issue with efflorescence, I was willing to give them a 2nd chance. Lesson learned. I will be contacting Lumber Liquidators to let them know about my experience as well.

These guys were great. Showed up a few days before we agreed and of course called first and then showed up for work everyday on-time too. Their work is excellent and we have referred them to others who have also used them and been very satisfied.

It went HORRABLE!!! They first came and moved my furniture in several rooms, and did not asked where to put any of it, they just stacked it up in several rooms. When the floors were finished, after walking on it it was like walking on a water bed!!! After the owner and Bob's Carpet rep came to my house, they both agreed to take it up and re do it with extra concrete. The concrete they installed originally was not in my original contract. after letting it dry for 2 days, they came back re-sanded the surface and made a complete mess in the house. the trim and the quarter round is so bad, I will need to have someone come and sand and paint. Also they broke a support on my end table, and tried to glue it without telling me. These were the worst laborers I ever met!!

The laid about 30 000 square feet of hardwood floor. They also remodeled three bathrooms and laid all the tiles for the floor and the shower. They had quality service.

I made appointment with these guys (Dean Webb) at Lumber Liquidators store in St Petersburg. I called 15 minutes before to confirm (wanted to make sure they will be there because I had to take time off from my job). No answer. After one hour of waiting got call from Dean that he cant make it and has to reschedule. We rescheduled for 3 days later. After one hour of waiting (nobody bothered calling me) I called them. He told me that he is 20 minutes away. Another hour passed, nothing, no call, nothing. I had to leave for work at that point and starting to look for another contractor. 4 days and multiple hours (waiting at the site) totally wasted.

I would never use them again. They were very unprofessional, they never showed up on time. A couple of the spots had nicks on them and I didn't like they way they put them in. I asked them to fix them and I got a lot of attitude and that they didn't do that and we must have done that even though we hadn't even set foot on the floor. They fixed it but they did a crappy job and there's glue everywhere. It just became to be a giant hassle and they were just rude to me when I would ask questions. They were a nightmare. They were supposed to come back to fix the 2 things and we didn't pay the last $400 because we didn't want them to come back. My husband ended up finishing it. They were supposed to show up at 9:30 and they didn't come until 11:00. They were a disaster.

We planned on using this company for installation of approximately 700 sq. ft. of Bamboo. We cancelled the installation because we felt the delivery charge of $175.00 was excessive. We compared other delivery fees for similar amounts from other stores and found delivery charges much lower. We cannot comment on the quality of their installation as we did not use them for our installation. Their installation charge would have been approximately $2200.00, then lowered to approximately $1880.00. We used another installation arrangement for a lower cost and it was an excellent job. My only suggestion is shop for other estimates. The owner did return my call promptly and offered a $50.00 refund of the delivery charge but we haven't received it presumably because we didn't use their installation service. All our contacts with this company seemed professional and courteous by their staff. The delivery men were very good and we do appreciate their efforts, just not $175.00 delivery charges.

They did a great job. I liked that their price was great and the service was great as well. They did just an outstanding job. They had a marvelous team of folks who did the work. I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Pleasant, expert installers!

The gentleman that came out to quote the project was punctual, professional, and courteous. When we agreed to his bid, we set up time for his team to come to the house to rip out the existing flooring--tile and wood. It took them about a day to complete most of the tear-out. When they began the next day, they intended to leave some tile in parts of the kitchen, which we asked them several times to remove. The install was completed in about two days, and the team was gone once they received their check. We noticed later that there were mistakes where the wood was cut too short around transitions to the carpeted areas, and around the door to the bathroom tile floor. There are several gaps in our floors now that look like chunks of wood have been knocked out. We asked the guys to come back and fix one of these gaps near our baseboards, which he did come back for a quick fix--filling the gap with white caulk. We called the original gentleman that quoted us so that we could come to an agreement on how to better fix these holes in the flooring--not just with white caulk--but, he never returned our phone call. We've since reached out to him several times to make the corrections, but the check has been cashed and we will probably not hear from him or his team again. I am giving them a D rating for the quality of service because for as expensive as wood flooring materials are--the expectation for an install from an "expert" should be that they are laid correctly, without holes and gaps. I am giving them an F on Punctuality and Responsiveness, because not only did they never call us back, each day that they were scheduled to be here, they were at least an hour late to the house (which held us up from getting to work). They are not reliable and they are not meticulous workers. If you buy nice wood for your floors, then you probably want to find someone that will do nice work for you. This is not the place.

I was referred to Larry by a past customer of his, he came out in advance to estimate the job and priced it the next day. When I agreed to move forward with the project he scheduled a start time a few days out then showed up on time and completed the work as agreed and within budget.
