I hope it's not serious. He did not explain. I feel for a small businessperson trying to make a living. Hopefully I will get a reimbursement since I signed up for an Angie's list deal - which REQUIRES PREPAYMENT.

Did a great job. Took only as long as he predicted and fee was fair.

The service did not work out due to my time requirement but he was very helpful in helping me find another contractor that could assist me.

He said he couldn't get the rust off my house which was from water, but when I called the guy who used to do my house and retired, he said it can get out, and he used to do it. I paid to get it off, and he said there was no way to get it off. Ordinarily, they do inside the porches, because there are parts of the house inside the porch, and he said he didn't know if he should do it or not, and I said okay. I called them and said ordinarily they would do it, and he said he didn't know if he should do it or not, and I asked him if he would come out and do it, he said he would, but I haven't seen him ever since. I would tell him that if he is not sure about whether to do a part of the house, they should call the customer and ask, and if they tell the customer they will come out and do something, if they can come out the same day it is fine, if they cannot, then I understand. I never heard from him, so I am looking for him to finish the job. He gave me a good price, but I was getting him to clean the rust stains, which he said he couldn't get out. He didn't finish the job, and he didn't clean what he was supposed to have cleaned. I didn't like the way he had the website set up, you sign up for the deal, but he took a while to get back to you after the credit card was charged. He seemed professional. If he comes out and finishes the job, and if he uses the products to remove the stains, I may use him in the future. He had a good ranking.

The provider contacted me today via email and stated their earliest availability was April 1st. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s list. I can wait a week ,but I am not willing to wait a month. I can't say if I would use them in the future or not.

Work done, but not quite as professional as I expected for price, or as nice as I have experienced with other providers (the one I usually use was booked and couldn't do work in the time frame I needed).

Clay and his partner did great work! The estimate was exactly as described. They were very professional and I would use them again.

I bought his deal ($55 for 800 sq. ft. plus $10 mileage fee) to pressure wash my driveway and sidewalk a week in advance of the appointment date I preferred. I gave him 3 possible dates as prompted by Angie's List at the time of purchase, but in the comments I mentioned that I'd prefer Saturday the 18th. I also added both my email address and cell phone for his contact convenience. Instead of actually using one of those methods of communication, he chose to just reply through the email system within Angie's List which does not notify you when answered. When I hadn't heard from him in a day or so, I checked back in and found his reply. I confirmed with him and repeated my email address and cell number politely, hoping he'd get the hint. He didn't. Because my listed address with Angie's List is a PO Box, I failed to tell him my physical address, but he didn't get that either - no problem, I figured he'd eventually call toward the end of the week and I'd give it to him when he did. He didn't. Saturday morning we waited, and after he was 15 minutes late I called, got voicemail, left a message. After he was 30 minutes late I called again, left another voicemail but I heard the call-waiting beep while it was ringing - so I figured he was on the phone at the time. I use a cell phone as my primary phone so I know what it sounds like when someone is on the other line. After he was an hour late, I called one more time and left another voicemail. By this point I figured it was hopeless, but I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt. Finally, at 12 PM, fully 2 hours after our appointment, he called to tell me that his truck had blown a hose and had a bad thermostat and his phone hadn't been working. As a former mechanic, I understand vehicle problems. However, he also managed to reply to my last email within Angie's List with the same information at almost the exact same time. Not sure how you can do that if your vehicle is down, presumably on the side of the road, and your phone isn't working either. I said okay, just get here as soon as you can because I'm on a deadline to get my driveway clean to avoid a fine by my HOA (of course, despite many others on our street being as bad or worse). So, we waited again, not wanting to leave to get other things done since I'd like to be present when contractors do work for me. He finally called at 5 PM, only the second call in 7 hours after our appointment, saying that his truck wouldn't be ready that day and we'd have to re-schedule. Apparently there were no phones where he was the entire time. Sorry, but if you're in business and someone has prepaid for your service, you need to find a phone to let someone know your reason for being late or unable to make it at all. Obviously I was aggravated, and when I brusquely explained to him that I had a serious deadline, wasn't at all pleased with being jerked around, was cancelling and expected a refund, he went from somewhat apologetic to "okay, have a nice day" and hung up. I stop short of giving him a total F because vehicle breakdowns are a real fact of life and can ruin your workday, for sure - but his cavalier attitude about communicating that in a timely manner is pathetic for s small business owner with 30+ As.

Josh (and colleague) did a wonderful job for us today. They promptly got to work, and were very efficient, completing everything we'd previously agreed upon. In addition, they were professional and attentive from start-to-finish. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the end result. We highly recommend Clay's Pressure Washing, and we will definitely call upon Josh's expertise in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great and he did a real good job. He offered to do more work and quoted a price but we didn't need it. He did a good job and cleaned up after himself. I was pleased. There were no additional charges. He was very polite and well spoken. He wanted more business and made it worthwhile although we chose not to have anything else done.

Overall, Josh spent 2+ hours at our house and did a fantastic job, all for $120. As stated above, we will continue to use Josh Clay for our pressure washing needs and highly recommend his services.

Called ahead to schedule visit and arrived on time. Did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, particularly the gutters around my pool enclosure that hadn't been cleaned in over one year. This created a lot of debris on the lanai (I was told it would) which was cleaned 100% before the job was done. I only had to vaccum the pool, which was also expected. Super Job at a Super Price!

I purchased a Big Deal to get my gutters cleaned but then also had him quote on power washing my driveway, sidewalk and the front of my house. He gave me a great deal on everything! He did a wonderful job and I'd definitely hire him again.

They gave me a great price because of having to reschedule the appointment. My sidewalk was old and had never been pressure washed before, so I wasn't expecting miracles. It was a pleasure to work with this company.

they pressure washed my house side walk pavers and driveway and also my screened in porch area. They did a pretty good job with my house although they missed a couple of dirt dauber nests that had attached to my stucco, they take a little more scrubbing power. The walkway and driveway was done very well. I did feel that they did a less than satisfactory job on my screened in porch area. The pavers were not cleaned well, there was some mold left behind. In the past I have had the same job done better by a different company for $100 less.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. A refreshing change. I would definitely use Josh Clay's services again.

It was good. They had a $10 additional fee for driving out, because we live further than the area that they normally work. We are planning on using them again.

Other than being an hour late, all went well. He didn't remember what time he told me he'd be there, but the important thing is he did show up and did the work.

He did a great job. He was very professional and the house looks great. The quality was excellent. I thought the price was very reasonable.

The glare from my now blindingly white sidewalk and driveway is impressive, and our ageing pool cage looks years younger. The gutters are clear and work correctly now. On the day we finally settled on for service, Mr. Clay showed up on time and got right to work. The results speak for themselves. The only frustration was scheduling. I could only have him do the service on specific days of the week, and we went back and forth a couple of times on what day we'd agreed upon for service. Mr. Clay works on a first-come, first-served basis, and I we had a miscommunication about how firm my service appointment was. However, in the end we worked things out and he knocked $20 off the bill due to the confusion. I will use him again when the time comes.

They broke a couple of small lanterns and left the glass on the ground. They also knocked a few screens off of the lanai. They did not inform me that either of these things had happened. They did a good job with the pressure washing but I was disappointing that they did not tell me about the problems.
