 + -1 moreWent very well. Ann called to confirm date and time we had set, and showed up right on time, and got to work. I can be difficult to please I admit, and while everything was not perfect (there is no such thing), Ann did a great job. Have used many cleaning services in the past, and I can honestly say Ann is at the top. I plan to start using her on a regular basis after the first of the year.

Ann did a thorough job of cleaning the kitchen appliances, bathroom cabinets, fans, light fixtures, floors and everything else. We are very happy and will use her cleaning services in the future as well as recommend her to others.

 + -1 moreWhen I called for a quote, Ann was very prompt in responding and coming out to give me an estimate. I wanted general housecleaning once a week. She was able to start the following week. The price was good but I was a little hesitant for 2 reasons...1. I have a large house and she would only send 1 person to clean. I think 2 people can do a better job on a house this size. With only 1 person she would have to be here all day and I prefer not to have someone here that long or to have to split it into 2 cleaning days. 2. She said she would not supply the cleaning products but wanted me to purchase specific products. But I went ahead and tried Ann anyway. For the 1st clean, she came with the woman who was going to be my regular cleaner and they did a good job on the initial clean. I did not buy the specific products she wanted because I like to use eco-friendly products and she seemed a little annoyed by that. In the following weeks, my regular cleaner was very friendly and very understanding and cooperative in using the products I wanted her to use and she was very open to suggestions about the way I wanted things cleaned. But after about a month, Ann called and said the woman had abruptly quit and left her hanging and that Ann would not be able to clean my house because she had 2 other houses to clean on the same day. I was skeptical that the woman had quit because the day before she had offered to pick up a certain cleaner that I wanted and bring it with her for the next clean. Ann did not attempt to rearrange my cleaning day or offer me another person to clean and I never heard from her again.

 + -1 moreAnn (the owner) is very responsive and handles the estimate. She is very professional and gives you a list of exactly what will be covered for the price. She has a staff of a few people and usually assigns one person to your home. I chose every other week service and have been very happy with everyone who has been to my home. The initial deep cleaning was quite extensive and very well worth the price. Her service has been out to my home 3 times now and each time my Husband and I are very happy with the results.
Description of Work: General house cleaning services for a 2000sf home, including.... Vacuum, mop all flooring Bathrooms Kitchen wipe down all surfaces, clean microwave, polish sinks, etc dusting fans and all furniture window cleaning making beds

 + -1 moreAnn's Cleaning performed a deep cleaning on about half of my house. I only wanted half of it done, still de-cluttering the other half. Two people came out and worked for over 4 hours. They really did a great job and went above and beyond, cleaning things I didn't even consider. It was a huge help and I have now hired Ann's to come out every two weeks to maintain the area. Nice, professional, very thorough. I am really pleased. The cost for the deep cleaning was $90, and then I had a $10 Angie's list coupon.

Description of Work: Excellent service. Ann was extremely fastidious when it comes to cleaning. Goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy. HIGHLY recommend! ***** I was initially very pleased with Ann's Personal Touch Cleaning. I overlooked the fact that Karlene did a sub-standard job because Ann came back out to clean everything again that Karlene had not done on July 25, 2011. Told Ann at that time I would only keep her if she cleaned our home. As I stated on June 20, 2011, we were initially VERY pleased with how she had a vested interest in making sure we were happy because her name was behind her work. She agreed after considering it for several days and according to her rearranging her schedule. On July 27, she texted me that she would need to move my day of cleaning from a Wednesday to a Monday. No problem. I agreed---we are understanding people. Then on the weekend of September 10th-- Ann called stating she had to cancel my cleaning for September 14th because of complications from dental surgery. No problem completely understand. Says IF she had a cancellation with any of her clients with longevity (seniority) she would let me know otherwise she would not be able to comeback until September 28th (another two weeks). Again, I understand and hope that eventually we might have some tenure as her client. On September 27, I decided to text Ann just to re-confirm our standing bi-weekly appointment. Just had a bad feeling. Ann texted me back and stated the following, "I left you a message on your home phone last Friday stating I had to cancel services due to the fact that I had to fire an employee and I cannot clean 4 houses per day alone. I explained that you should hire another service until I get my employee issues situated". First of all, I have Caller ID and voice mail on my "unlisted" number and she never left a message here. Told her I would have never bothered you had I known you were not coming. Instead of calling me to professionally rectify the situation, she continued to text me stating, "I assumed you got my message and hired someone else". I texted her back....In business, NEVER assume anything and make sure your clients receive a voice mail especially when you are giving them less than a week to find another cleaning company. All she said was "Sorry youre right I shouldve called back to confirm you recd message". Never gave me the common courtesy to even call me to apologize. I understand that things happen in any business, however Ann needs to learn some professional business tact in dealing with the public. This post is not in anyway retaliatory. I just think members should be aware. Lastly, I noticed in the most recent post in October that Ann had told her that the employee quit on her?? According to Ann's text, she fired the employee. Regardless, consumers be aware.

 + -1 moreWords fail me....they were outstanding..and I tend to be a perfectionist and clean freak. She truly exceeded my expectations, nothing was left untouched. Great work ethic, professional, not only cleans to perfection but you can tell they enjoy their work. I was so impressed, I have now hired them weekly and what a relief to know my home will look and smell super clean and spotless...and up to my standards. I have already recommended them to several friends and clients and will continue to do so. Wow!!! Thank you Angies List for introducing me to this service.
Description of Work: Ann, along with a helper, came to do an initial deep cleaning. Vacuuming furniture and floors, cleaning and polishing furniture, windows, mirrors ( a lot of mirrors), mopping, baseboards, cabinets, fans. Just too much to list, however, she does provide a list on her website. They cleaned things I hadn't even thought about.

Service has been great - you can tell the individual assigned to our home - Melissa has attention to detail, nice to come home to a clean house. Ann is very accomodating, wants to earn your business. We have tried 3 other cleaning services and did not have consistent results. We will continue to use her services and would highly recommend her to others.

 + -1 moreCalled Ann for an estimate and was able to arrange for them to come out with in a few days. Ann and her assistant arrived on time. They spent about 5 hours and thoroughly cleaned a 2000 sq. ft house. They cleaned in areas I wouldn't have even gotten to, if I had cleaned it myself.
