Ann showed up on time to provide an estimate. She also showed up on time to provide the cleaning service. She did an excellent job and thoroughly cleaned the home. I was and still am extremely satisfied with her service.

Went very well. Ann called to confirm date and time we had set, and showed up right on time, and got to work. I can be difficult to please I admit, and while everything was not perfect (there is no such thing), Ann did a great job. Have used many cleaning services in the past, and I can honestly say Ann is at the top. I plan to start using her on a regular basis after the first of the year.

We just bought our house and the people living there before us clearly didn't take care of anything. Ann did a thorough job of cleaning the kitchen appliances, bathroom cabinets, fans, light fixtures, floors and everything else. We are very happy and will use her cleaning services in the future as well as recommend her to others.

She is very thorough, works very hard in her cleaning, is very nice, I highly recommend her. She has worked for over two years for me. Always ontime and cleans just about anything. She is very flexible in her schedule and has no problem working around a good time for you. Very professional.

When I called for a quote, Ann was very prompt in responding and coming out to give me an estimate. I wanted general housecleaning once a week. She was able to start the following week. The price was good but I was a little hesitant for 2 reasons...1. I have a large house and she would only send 1 person to clean. I think 2 people can do a better job on a house this size. With only 1 person she would have to be here all day and I prefer not to have someone here that long or to have to split it into 2 cleaning days. 2. She said she would not supply the cleaning products but wanted me to purchase specific products. But I went ahead and tried Ann anyway. For the 1st clean, she came with the woman who was going to be my regular cleaner and they did a good job on the initial clean. I did not buy the specific products she wanted because I like to use eco-friendly products and she seemed a little annoyed by that. In the following weeks, my regular cleaner was very friendly and very understanding and cooperative in using the products I wanted her to use and she was very open to suggestions about the way I wanted things cleaned. But after about a month, Ann called and said the woman had abruptly quit and left her hanging and that Ann would not be able to clean my house because she had 2 other houses to clean on the same day. I was skeptical that the woman had quit because the day before she had offered to pick up a certain cleaner that I wanted and bring it with her for the next clean. Ann did not attempt to rearrange my cleaning day or offer me another person to clean and I never heard from her again.

"Member, 2 weeks prior I had an employee suddenly quit which left me with 16 houses to clean per week. I had a full schedule and working 10 hour days. I don't just hire people and send them out. I take the time to train each individual personally before I am comfortable with sending them out on their own. When I called to explain that Judi quit and that I could not come because of my hectic schedule you responded that you would hire someone else. I had assumed that meant that you would hire another service because I could not come. I apologize for any misunderstanding. I am a small company with only 3-4 people including myself at any given time.As far as using echo friendly products I am all for it, I had supplied Judi with greenworks(natural) products to use specifically for your home so there was no need for her to purchase anything. I'm sorry things didn't work out. I pride myself in providing quality service at affordable rates. I am unable to adhere to my standards if I just send out any untrained individual to represent my company. Sincerely, Ann"

Ann (the owner) is very responsive and handles the estimate. She is very professional and gives you a list of exactly what will be covered for the price. She has a staff of a few people and usually assigns one person to your home. I chose every other week service and have been very happy with everyone who has been to my home. The initial deep cleaning was quite extensive and very well worth the price. Her service has been out to my home 3 times now and each time my Husband and I are very happy with the results.

Ann's Cleaning performed a deep cleaning on about half of my house. I only wanted half of it done, still de-cluttering the other half. Two people came out and worked for over 4 hours. They really did a great job and went above and beyond, cleaning things I didn't even consider. It was a huge help and I have now hired Ann's to come out every two weeks to maintain the area. Nice, professional, very thorough. I am really pleased. The cost for the deep cleaning was $90, and then I had a $10 Angie's list coupon.

"I stand by my decision to decrease my work load so as to continue to provide excellent service at affordable rates. I apologize if my decision upset you and again I apologize for not following up with an additional phone call due to my hectic work schedule of working 10hour days 7 days a week and squeezing in dental surgery. My decision was not personal but business. I try to accommodate all clients but it is impossible for me to clean every home personally. I wish all the best to you and your family. P.S. The woman (wendy) I took with me during your 2nd to last cleaning date (I came alone) prior to my dental surgery was the person I terminated because she did not meet my expectations. I was polite in maintaining her dignity by stating it did not work out and that it was not her cup of tea! Karlene has worked for me for over a year and all my clients are pleased with her service but you were not and asked that I come and clean for you personally. As the owner of the company I handle many responsibilities including cleaning 8 houses per week and most are over 4300 sq ft, payroll, quality control, scheduling, correcting any errors by employees meeting with prospective clients and many other duties. I attempted to accommodate you by adding you to my personal schedule. Again, reducing my work load was a business decision not personal."

Words fail me....they were outstanding..and I tend to be a perfectionist and clean freak. She truly exceeded my expectations, nothing was left untouched. Great work ethic, professional, not only cleans to perfection but you can tell they enjoy their work. I was so impressed, I have now hired them weekly and what a relief to know my home will look and smell super clean and spotless...and up to my standards. Ann, the owner, was prompt in responding to an onsite estimate, explained everything in detail. Service has been great - you can tell the individual assigned to our home - Melissa has attention to detail, nice to come home to a clean house. Ann is very accomodating, wants to earn your business. We have tried 3 other cleaning services and did not have consistent results. We will continue to use her services and would highly recommend her to others.

Made a geographical exception for a one time Condo cleaning in Channelside District. Arrived on time with all she needed to do the job. Attended to all areas addressed on her website. A particularly good job in kitchen area and appliances as well as master bath.

Called Ann for an estimate and was able to arrange for them to come out with in a few days. Ann and her assistant arrived on time. They spent about 5 hours and thoroughly cleaned a 2000 sq. ft house. They cleaned in areas I wouldn't have even gotten to, if I had cleaned it myself.
