AllStar Service was quality, he went out of way to solve the problem, spent more time then he had to explain to TECO that it was actually their problem! But I would call them out again anytime I had an Electrical problem! Also I would consult HomeAdvisor for any other Home Projects I would need.

Work was perfomred immediately and to my expectations but the cost ws some what high from my point of view.

The company and the service tech were very professional. We had made an appointment for the electrician to arrive at between 12:00 and 2;00 on Tuesday afternoon. A company rep call us on Tuesday morning and said the tech would not be able to make it that day and we reschuled the apppointment for Thursday. Dan the service tech called us about 30 minutes before arriving. I told him what we wanted done and he was able to complete the work within 2 hours. We would not hesitate to call this company for any future electrical work.

Service tech that came out did a great job - The light switch needed to be replaced and I have two beautiful pendant lights in my kitchen now. They called me right away and set up an appointment, called when he was on his way and was on time. I am still waiting for the first company I called to even call me back. I did not get their number from Servicemagic.

They were fast, friendly, and produced quality work. After receiving my quote and deciding to use Allstar Electrical Experts, Inc. I made an appointment to get the work done. I told the technician that I would like to get done as early as I could and he told me that he would try to get out earlier if he could and would call before he did. I got the call the day of the appointment and he got to me an hour early. He got the job done under the estimated time and I had the rest of my day free. The work quality was great. The cleanup he did after finishing was great. I wish they did everything so I would just call them for anything I needed done.

Came out same day on the weekend and fixed the problem as well as gave me pointers on other issues. Price seemed a little high but was well worth it for the service and how qick we had the problem fixed.
