The electrician traced the wiring problem down and corrected the problem. He made other positive suggestions and was very efficient, polite and kept the work area clean. I also thought the charges for the repair were very good: I expected to pay a lot more than I wound up paying.

I had a GFCI outlet in my garage that kept tripping and shutting the power off to my chest freezer in the garage. I expected to have to pay for a dedicated breaker or rewiring to fix the problem. Dean came out and told me it was most like just the receptacle and replaced it with a newer/better quality model for a flat fee. Dean then wrote on my receipt if the new receptacle did not fix the problem, the company would credit me the amount towards the dedicated breaker or rewire as necessary. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work.

Everyone that I enter acted with at the company was very courteous. From the first phone call to the electrician, Mr. Dan, that came to our house to disconnect our fragile chandelier. He was very polite & knowledgable about his trade. I submitted the form at 11pm, received a phone call first thing in the morning, & by the afternoon the job was complete:) And the rates were very reasonable! Couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you Allstar! (Oh & they support the military by giving a military discount :) Thanks again!!!

I thought the price was a little high, but the work was excellent. The electrician was friendly, on-time and did exactly what was asked. He even cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend.

The electrician was either delayed or had an emergency the day of our appointment. However, the company called promptly and let us know. That is all that we expect. He came the next day and took care of the electrical problem we were having. We then had him install two light fixtures and rewire a ceiling light, where a fan had been, to a wall switch. In addition, he put in two code sockets in the kitchen. We were very pleased with his services, professional advice, and cleanliness.

The installer was prompt, efficient. and personable. He was courteous and most professional. His rate was quite reasonable. What he installed was a ceiling light rather than a ceiling fan. . He did a wonderful job; the installation was neat; and, he clean up all debris. All Star is on my speed dial for electrical work.
