First to call back, friendly and professional, they came to the house at no charge, looked at the job then gave us a quote. Change main panel, work completed in two days.

They have a very unique way of doing business. They came to the house at no charge, looked at the problem then gave me a price at which time I could either accept or reject Having said that, it was a problem with my microwave and when I woke up to find it dead. I was about to run out and get a new one but I decided to plug it into another outlet at which time it went on telling me the microwave was ok. The repairman saw what I was saying and after a period of time decided to take the microwave out from over the range After investigating he found that when they installed it they used the wrong wire and I actually had a small fire in the wall. He retired it and installed the correct plug made for microwaves He put everything back as it was and it looks professional. He went over and above to fix the problem. I definitely will have them back for any electrical project and if you are reading this I recommend you give them a call Job well done allstar.

The electrician did what it took to complete the job in a professional and safe manner.

They have a pricing model that is may seem a little pricey, but the cost is worth the extra fee. They don't give you an up front price when you call, but give you a quote when them come on site, if you don't like the quote then you don't need to hire them. Also they warranty their work for THREE YEARS, usually it's a year or less. I was able to get an appointment with them the next morning when I called. When Vincent came out he was courteous, professional and a very likable person. These guys fixed it correctly the first time and was able to work on some additional problems they saw for a small fee because they were already onsite for the original problem. I am planning on hiring them again for additional issues.

Shawn is an excellent electrician, professional and friendly. He installed two outside LED motion sensing lights, trouble shot a wiring problem for one of them and corrected it, replaced smoke detectors, and trouble shot landscaping lights malfunction. He is coming back to install new LED landscaping lights. All Star is a bit pricey but, as far as I am concerned, is worth it.

The company customer service was on point. Sean diagnosed the problem quickly and performed the service the same day at a reasonable cost. Thank you Sean. I know who to call now when I need electrical services .
