Chip was very nice , prompt and professional. No other company replied to my request. I would have liked at least one other bid. My only concern was the price but to be fair to All Star I had nothing to compare.

Out of four other companies, Allstar Electrical Experts was the only company that was available to give me an estimate right away and complete my project within 3 days. I received a better product, than I anticipated, at the end of the job for a great price. They even showed up on a rainy day instead of rescheduling. This was very courteous. Without hesitation, I would hire them again.

Friendly, took his tiime. I should have spoken up more, but I wanted him to sand the wood down where he had to cut some. Otherwise, all good? Can Allstar come back and sand down--smooth off--the little rough places where the wood is crooked? Have them phone me, please. EB

I think the service was expensive for just installing fans and lights. I found our technician to be unprofessional. The technician made a big ordeal over our light switch not working (we are in a new build) and expressed his frustrations to us which I feel is unprofessional. He got us all worked up saying that they may have to put holes in our ceiling to figure it out what is wrong and that the builders electrician did an awful job! He told us are electrical was done wrong which was not correct. We then had our original electrician come in and take a look, and it was an easy fix! I feel that the electrician we hired was not knowledgeable enough and put us in a frenzy for no reason! One other thing while he was installing my pendant lights he stood on my brand new countertops and didn't even ask!! When I had the builders electrical come in, they were able to work from their ladder with no problems. Overall just very unprofessional. I would not recommend him or for further services in our home.

The tech (Vincent) was very professional and courteous. I just think that $100 per ceiling fan was a little steep.

I had no power in my living room and microwave. The 1st tech that came put in a new breaker. 10 min after he left I lost power again. He said for $200 they would trace and repair the problem. I declined. Vincent came and within 15 min he found the cause to be a bad outlet. He took the time to locate the problem and repair it. If I ever have an issue again I will request that Vincent be my tech. He will take the time to resolve the problem the first time.

The exact quote before starting the project was a good service.

We needed to have 2 new light fixtures installed and an old one removed. Shawn arrived on time, planned out the project and completed it to our satisfaction in a timely manor. He was pleasant and friendly to work with. I would use Allstar again.

All Star was SUPERB!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! They went above and beyond and were professional and courteous throughout. I'll definitely be using them again for my electrical needs.! Kudos!!

It was a very expensive quote to get the three breakers changed but they did suggest an alternate solution which was more cost effective. The electrician was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure the job was done on the day it was scheduled. I was really appreciative that the electrician provided us with a second option.
