Over all the experience we had with Mike was excellent. He arrived on time, was very cordial and certainly knew what he was doing. I would definitely call him again.

He quoted the part needed at $275 over the phone. Arrived on time, fixed the TV, and only charged $265.00.

Our Hitachi 50v55a 50" TV had a poor picture with a large blue spot I called Advanced & he came out the same day. The technition (Mike) found that the optical light engine was failing. He gave me a price (lots of $$$). He strongly suggested I contact Hitachi even though I had the TV for almost 3 years. I contacted Hitachi & they immediately said they would replace the part free of charge. I would still be responsible for labor. They DHL's the part & Mike called Friday asking if he could install the replacement on Saturday. He replaced the part (about 2 hours of work) and it works great. So I got it fixed in about5 elapsed days for about 1/3 of the price. Mike was very nice and professional. I strongly recommend Mike & his company.

Electrical gadgets can confuse older adults. Mr. Eidi was very patient in making sure we could work the DVD player after it was set up. He was prompt, professional and watched my budget for me.

The TV is huge and fits tightly in an entertainment center, but he carefully managed to slide it out to work on it, vacuumed out the back and was able to completely restore the picture to its original working order. We are more than pleased and felt the cost could in no way compare to what it would have cost to buy a new set. We would readily recommend him to anyone wanting an honest and satisfactory job.

Mike is very honest. I don't know much about LCD and he could have repaired it and taken my money. Instead he was honest enough to tell me it just wouldn't be worth it and only charged me the estimate fee. While he was there he fixed the settings on another TV in the house just to help me out. He disposed of my unrepairable TV for me as it was heavy.

This service could not have been better. The service was exactly as requested and prompt. A discount for Angie's List participation, was given. Use this service, you will be happy, especially if you don't like the format offered in the new high end TVs, and like the way your equipment interfaces with your all house audio and home theater components.

Our projection television had developed a bad picture and needed in home service. Since there were no companies listed for TV repair in my county on Angie's List, I went to the Hitachi website for a recommendation and Advance Electronic Solution was the closest. Mike Eidi who is the owner/electrical engineer answered my call and explained that there would be a $75.00 trip charge for an in home service call, that they would provide us with an estimate before beginning work, and that they stocked most parts for any needed repairs. He knew from my description what the problem most likely was, and he was able to schedule us for the same afternoon. He arrived when he said he would, was very friendly and professional and when giving us the estimate, explained exactly what parts he would replace and how much it would cost. He also explained that an additional part might have to be replaced if the first repair did not take care of the problem, however, that additional part was not needed.
