If Mike Eidi walked into my house and started pulling my television apart and saying that, let's say, the tube had to be replaced I'm not a television repair person so I would have believed anything that I was told. Mike wasn't like that. He methodically went step by step. I was lucky because my whole repair was a new cable.

Mike was not able to repair our television but he brought us a used Toshiba television that had a better picture. He set it up with no obligation and we decided to buy it from him at a very good price. He guaranteed it for a year. We felt his service was exceptional and he went way above expectations by trying to first repair our television and then find us a reasonably priced replacement.

He troubleshot my 50 inch Phillips, and literally had to dig thru to see what the problem was. His knowledge of electronics is impresive. After 20 minutes or so of testing circuits he isolted the possible and what turned out to be the problem. He repaired the problem on site, with parts and soldering and fixed my TV! Saved me what we were contemplating on having to spend 2,000 or more on new TV. Thanks Mike you're the best!

Mike arrived on time and went straight to work checking out the television which we determined was hit by lightning in the storm last week. He said it would cost around $325.00 for parts and labor ( included the $100 service charge) He replaced the parts and got the tv working quickly. There was an additional problem which he went around to get the television working perfectly well. Mike said he would check out what it would cost to repair the additional problem but it really isn't a big issue. I was VERY pleased with the service and would without a doubt use this company again and will recommend Mike and Advance Electronic Soultions to ALL of my friends.

Owner Mike is remarkably knowledgeable about my Samsung TV. A pleasure to meet such a low key very professional man. He fixed my basic problem and then returned to fix an additional problem. He works rapidly and confidently. He offered to do the second fix at no cost. I intend to have Mike take care of any TV problems I have in the future and would recommend him strongly to anyone. The experience with this provider was excellent in all respects.

Overall, the service went very well. We were impressed with the quality of work performed. The technician knew what he was doing and went to work immediately. The work was completed in a short time. We were very happy with the outcome of the job and plan to use the services when needed.

Mike came to repalce a lamp, it turned out that a previous repair peron took the lamp and the housing. Mike came back after the I got the parts back and he tried to fix the TV. He was honest and suggested I get a new TV.

Overall pretty good. My only beef is they could have been clearer about what was going to be needed to get my Xbox wired into the closet since they knew that is what I wanted. Because they did not tell me what I was missing until they were just about ready to leave late on a Friday night I was not able to get it hooked up as nicely as the other components...that said the system/setup came out really nice.

I explained that a banging sound was coming from the TV every couple of hours to Mike; he said he thought it was the lamp. He came out the following day (on time) and replaced the lamp. It has fixed our problem! He answered all of my questions in detail.

Explained to Mike (owner) that I heard a grinding of what seemed like gears. He knew what was wrong from description and ordered a new wheel. Came out and replaced it and checked back to see if all was well. I told him of another issue that was going on. He said like my lamp and to give him a call when it went bad.

Mike is an extremely nice guy and knows his way around a television. He had my set completely open and investigating the innards in no time. Unfortunately my problem required him to order a replacement part. He took the television with him and conducted a complete set of diagnostics and even tuned the set for me (colors, brightness, contrast, etc.). After trying to fix ourselves by purchasing and replacing lamp bulb, TV was still dead. We called Mike at Advance Electronic Solution LLC and he came out promptly and found that the main power board was also dead. He took TV into the shop to more monitor & thoroughly check out problem. Everything had to be replaced, the main power supply, bulb (using the one we had purchased), Ballast, DMD PCB and sensors. Mike always called when he said he would and made sure we understood what was going on and why. When TV was returned he said that the bar showing at the bottom would correct itself, he called back several days later to see if it had, it had not and he came and did an adjustment with the alignment and the TV seems to be perfect now. We are very happy with the result.

Overall it went very well. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.
