Amazingly well. Called on Friday thinking I might get an appointment in a few weeks, but he was there on time the next day. Did all the work as requested very quickly and made a few suggestions for other improvements. Will definitely use his services in the future. Highly recommended.

Mike came out last Friday afternoon to repair our large screen TV. Mike replaced the main board with a replacement which he already had with him which was great. Everything seemed to be working fine. However Saturday we realized that there was still a problem as TV was flashing off and then losing picture. Mike came out at our next available time, Monday afternoon to fix. After seeing the problem he stated that he needed to take the TV back to the shop to test. This was about 4 PM. He called me about 8 that night saying that he had to replace the main board with a new one as the one he had put in appeared to be faulty (although it was a new one). He asked for when he could bring it back out to us and when we had difficulty coming up with a good day due to my schedule, he asked if it was ok to bring it back out that night. He arrived back at my house in South Tampa (from his shop in Riverview) around 9, hooked everything back up and made sure it was working. Definitely above and beyond.

He evaluated the system and setup. Determined problem pretty quickly then fixed it. Also made some recommendation that would improve the entertainment system.

It was an excellent experience and excellent job. Mike came the day after I contacted him and exactly in the one hour window of time he gave me. He had all of the tools and equipment necessary and he was very polite and professional. I will definitely use his services again for any audio/TV needs.

The original systems were installed when the house was built in 2001. Multiple remote controllers, receiver, outdoor speakers and dvd [Blue-Ray] needed to be installed. The original system including surround sound never really worked as it should have. The new Marantz receiver and Harmony remotes gave us two systems that now perform better than when they original systems were installed. The work was good, the prices were fair and most important, Mike made a number of trips back to the house to make sure everything was tuned properly and that my wife and I new how to use everything correctly. [Still a work in progress because of "our" lack of technological skills.] Mike continues to be available to advise as needed. The entire project was completed as planned on time with favorable results.

Mike and his coworker did an excellent job over 2 full days to replace several Audiovisual systems and get them working properly with the remotes. The systems were about years old and were out of date. In addition the all-in-one remotes were no longer working properly and the remotes were too complicated to self-program. In addition, my AV closet was a big mess because the original installer did not label any of the cables and each cable or satellite company that came through hooked up their stuff and left all the other wiring a big mess. Many of the data and phone Cat5 cables had never been hooked up by the original installer. Mike expertly fixed all of this and for a very reasonable price considering the high end level of the equipment I decided on. I would highly recommend him as a trustworthy, extremely capable person for any electronics installation or repair. He is also a very unassuming courteous person.

My only objection is that the vendor forgot to bring invoice paperwork with him to job site. Gave me a receipt written on his business card, which was sufficient but not what I would have preferred. Also, he needed my vacuum to remove dust from back of TV. This is a tool I thought he should've carried in his vehicle. Also, I thought the bill was higher than I thought it would be, based on parts, time on the job and our discussion on the phone. This complaint isn't strong enough for me to take significant points off on this review but it is worth mentioning. But I was confident in his ability, his appearance, his professionalism and his work; would definitely recommend this company and will use their service again should the need arise.

He was awesome! He came out and fixed and modified/simplified the remote on our theater surround sound system. Since then, I’ve had to call him a couple of times for other issues and he’s been extremely helpful. He handles it over the phone or he comes out to find out what is going on. I would recommend him to anybody. We live in Sarasota and he is always willing to drive down here. He is also reasonably priced.

So far its working well. He was very polite, efficient, professional, and explained everything. He also gave me a warranty. It was a little more than I thought it would be.

I had called Mike mid-morning and he offered to stop by on his way home at around 500P. He showed up on time, re-configured the new router and walked me through the steps for re-launching the Marantz app. I ended up talking to Mike about configuring an new TV in our bonus room as well as potentially replacing our existing Samsung HD TV with one of the new, 4K models. I'm sure that when we are ready, Mike will be the first call I make. BTW, he did not even charge me for the service call. Awesome customer service as usual!

He arrived on time. I bought a rack online from Amazon which was not as good as I was thinking - he worked on it with patience to get it to a point where it is usable. The TV and Soundbar installation went smooth. He provided a very good quality wall mount.

Was on time, stayed until job finished. Came back same day I called with problem, fixed problem to my satisfaction.

Mike was very professional and did a great job. Everything was programmed and set up as I anticipated and he was very knowledgable about the TV I acquired even though it's a brand new advanced Samsung model. He is very efficient and cleaned up the area as he went along so that upon departure all I had to do was enjoy the system and the total surround sound he interfaced the TV with. I would recommend him to anyone and surely use him again ifn the future. Ed D

He acted like he did not want to be there. He didn’t sit down and acted like he was nervous or in a hurry. He wanted $100 for 5 minutes worth of work. He only came out for an estimate and I was not expecting him to charge me that much. I told him I had to go down to the atm to get the money and he followed me very closely as if he thought I was going to rip him off or be dishonest. He was gouging me and my wife. I feel that we were way overcharged for what he did.

Very good and was very informative yes I will call on on him again.

I would highly recommend Mike. I feel like I can call him at any time and he'll be there to help us. He is professional and patient. :-)

Our first experience with Mike was when he promptly responded to our request to install a TV on our lanai where one didn't exist. He asked all the right questions - is there existing electric that can be used (yes, saving us the expense of an electrician),is there cable (no, but he can run it) and how do you want it installed (have a mount already or need one), etc. Mike came when he said he was going to and ran the cable, installed the mount and installed the TV. That led to a discussion about setting up our existing equipment to our other TV's; we just moved back to Florida from out of state. Mike looked at what we had (the house was pre-wired for some equipment) and agreed to set up our receivers, speakers, etc. We did have the receiver hooked up in the interim but as fate would have it the receiver died. Mike came and assessed the receiver to see if it could be saved but we knew it most likely couldn't. Mike proposed replacing equipment and utilizing the existing pre-wired speakers for the best sound. He submitted his proposal when he said he would and after we accepted called to let us know he placed the order and t expect him within a few days to install. And true to his word he came yesterday and installed everything. While we had an issue with the existing universal remote, Mike worked with us till we had resolution. He even called today to make sure everything was working well. Mike is a true professional! Outstanding service!

Excellent customer service. Mike came to the house and picked up my TV. The TV was delivered back to my house one week later. Length of time was due to ordering parts needed.

I contacted Mike Eidi with Advance Electronic Solution LLC after failing to receive a callback from a highly rated Angie's List competitor, despite leaving several voice mail and e-mail messages. Mike answered the phone and scheduled to meet me the next day. I found out that Mike had run the service department for Sensuous Sounds in Tampa for 12 years; the high end home theater store where I had purchased my home theater setup 7 years earlier. (To put things into perspective, my initial home theater investment cost approximately 20K). Mike diagnosed my issues and based on my research and his recommendation, made arrangements to purchase a Marantz SR5009 Receiver at his dealer discounted price. He scheduled the install for the following week. The day before he was scheduled to come out he called and confirmed our appointment. He showed up on time and went right to work, systematically going through my system and completing the necessary installation. Unlike other home theater specialists, Mike did not attempt to "upsell" me on any additional equipment. He did exactly as he said he would and completed all work in a timely manner. Once the installation was complete, he then walked me through the new receiver to make sure I new how to correctly operate it. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a more professional experience. A couple of weeks later when using my Playstation to access Netflix, I noticed that I had no audio. I texted Mike that evening and he came by the next morning, identified the problem (very minor) and had it working perfectly in about 5 minutes. There was no service charge. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and Advance Electronic Solution for ANY home theater needs. He was AWESOME!

We had a few issues. 1. Our receiver was beginning to fail, and we could not get any sound from the TV or audio. 2. We wanted our TV/Audio components moved from one room to another. 3. We wanted to replace the standard DVD/CD combo with blu-ray/CD player. 4. When we tuned in to high definition cable channels, we weren't getting high definition reception. 5. Generally, we weren't getting the most out of our very expensive home theater system, which was installed about 8 years ago by another provider. We first checked Angie's List for highly rated service providers. Based on reviews, we called Mike Eidi of Advance Electronic Solutions. He came that same day, arriving when he promised. On his first visit, Mike was here for about 2 hours. He was very thorough, analyzed our problems and--true to the name of his company--provided solutions. He gave us options for different levels of service and equipment along with costs. We agreed upon the equipment we wanted. He ordered the equipment, and emailed us the next day with an ETA for Thursday. He was here for at least 5 hours on Thursday. Mike adjusted the sound for all our speakers, taking into consideration the various seating arrangements in the room. He took all the time necessary to be sure that we knew how to use our new system; this is very important for more elderly clients, like us. Generally speaking: Mike Eidi is prompt, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and very patient. He has our highest recommendation.

Mike helped us figure out what we needed to get, supplied it and he and Kendall did a very professional installation for us. Also took care of other miscellaneous needs we had (wall mounting another TV, running some Cat5 outlets and hooking up a new router for us). They spent a lot of time helping us fine tune the system and teaching us how to use everything. Had a problem with the receiver a few weeks after installation, apparently took a power surge through the TV cable, and Mike was out quickly to help us troubleshoot it, then made sure the manufacture warrantied it for us and got us back fully functional again. The system is awesome we are very happy with it, and Advance Electronics will be our "go-to" guys for everything audio visual related from now on.

Mike went above and beyond in trying to get my TV fixed. Every time he came out with a new part, there was a problem. He finally ordered what he needed directly from the manufacturer in China, brought the TV back, hooked it up, and it's just like new. This process took a couple of months, but he was so patient and kind, and I really appreciate everything he did for me.

Advance Electronic Solution took over a job that was a mess when they got to it! The media closest was a mess of tangled cables and cords. When they finished, the box with all of the cables and phone lines was actually able to close for the first time! Mike and Kendall spent 2 days fixing our phone lines, audiovisual cables, connected the ceiling speakers upstairs and downstairs. They made sure that everything was acoustically correct. They also changed out 3 ceiling speakers because they should have multidirectional in the first place. They mounted 1key pad to control outside music to the speakers and 2 key pads inside to control music. We received 4 remotes to control the speakers outside and inside to include DVD, Playstation, XBOX, cable and CD. We also received a remote and charger to visually see and speak to a person outside the front door when the doorbell rings. I am sure they did much more than this. They spent a lot of time making sure we were able to use the equipment making special time available so my husband would be there after work. I also received several follow up phone calls.

It's not too bad. He was very polite and he ended up giving us a hundred dollars back. He hung in there and kept calm. He didn't charge every time he came out; we gave him a hundred dollars that was the first time out and three-hundred for the part and another fifty for something else and never really did work so it ended up giving back the hundred dollars then. The price was okay. It took a while but he was very persistent. He came but sometimes it would be weeks before we see him again.
