Great. Repairman arrived sooner than expected, took the TV off the wall, made a quick evaluation, quoted a possible price. He took the TV back to his office, fixed the problem in less than a day, returned the TV, put it back on the wall and charged me exactly what he quoted earlier. I was impressed with the professionalism, punctuality and technical expertise of M. Stransky TV Repair.

The TV works like brand new now that Mitch fixed it. Here's how the transaction went for me. I paid the $20 fee when I dropped it off at his shop so he could to diagnose the problem, which I felt was well worth a $20 bill. After a week, I had to call to see the status of the diagnosis, and he advised he meant to call me but hadn't had the time. During the call he advised it would cost $125 total to replace the power core. I said that was too expensive for the age of the TV so I asked him not to bother fixing it and went to pick up my broken TV. When I got to his shop to retrieve the TV, I told the woman, it was too expensive. She exclaimed rather rudely that $90 is not expensive. I let her know that if Mitch had offered to fix it for $90 I would not be picking up a broken TV but would have instead authorized him to make the repairs. Next, as I am carrying the broken TV out to my car, Mitch comes out of the back and offers to fix it for $100 total. What happened to the $90 that the lady just said, haha. Anyway, after the let's make a deal session in the parking lot, I agreed to the $100 and he fixed it perfectly. So far, it's working great. Make your pricing policy more uniform.

Ordered part and came 2 days later and fixed it

He answered the phone immediately, even though it was 6 PM, and was there the next morning by 9:30 AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and rather than recommend a costly repair, he encouraged us to simply buy a new one. Much appreciated candor.

He did a fine job. He was tremendous!

He had the set off the wall, opened, diagnosed, estimated, and loaded in his truck within 30 minutes. Fantastic!! He promised me he'd find the part, or rebuild the broken board, and he'd have it back in the walk within 24 hours. Sure enough, phone rings at 8:30am, the next morning to say he's 15 minutes away. Wonderful experience. So glad I found this gem.

I called on a Sunday morning and was surprised that someone actually answered versus getting an answering machine. I was calling for an appt. for Monday. Mitch answered himself and was friendly and courteous. He asked what was wrong with my flat screen tv and I explained. I asked what was the cost to come out to diagnose the problem on Monday and he said it was $ 55. After I explained, he gave me his cell # and asked me to take a picture of my tv set with problem on screen and to text it to him. He immediately texted back and diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately he told me I needed a new tv because panel was bad and could not be repaired. What incredible service and responsiveness! More importantly what a nice and honest man! He could have told me he needed to come out anyways and charge me the $55 service fee but he didn't. All he asked was that I complete a review him which I am doing with pleasure! He even offered advice on what tvs I could purchase once I expressed that I now needed to research tvs. Awesome customer service and honesty all in one! Can't beat that!

First off we called and Mitchell said he could come at 12:30. Then he called and was able to come even earlier, which we were very pleased about. 
We had an idea of what was wrong with the tv. He opened it up and confirmed that it was indeed what we suspected.  It needed a few parts that he had on hand and was able to fix our tv in no time.
It was  a great job. We had no problem writing him a check. He gave us a receipt and told us that work was guaranteed for 1 year.
I highly recommend his services. 
I was told my family to just go out and buy a new tv and that it would be cheaper. This was not my style. Luckily for all of us there are still skilled technical persons who have the ability to fix things.

Mitch is awesome. I called him in October of 2014. Our DLP TV had a color lamp go out. His receptionist made the appointment for within 24 hours of my initial call. He showed up exactly on time. Knew what the problem was right away. Had to order the part, but had it within a few days. The install took less than 30 minutes when he returned. Quick, clean, and was totally fair about the price. He informed me about how he gives a warranty for the part, and left. Six months later the same part failed. He was at my house the same day I made the call. Got the replacement part even faster than the first time. Fixed it and was out the door. I didn't have to pay a thing. He wouldn't let me. Said it was part of the warranty.

reccognized the TV problem said it  might be repaired  in 24 hours and it was.

When I called, they suggested that I dropped the set at their location which I did. Mr. Stransky took care of me immediately and asked me to stay while he did a quick inspection of the equipment. He located the problem, gave an estimated amount which he later honored and told me it will be a couple of days since he had to order the part. I had to call them to inquire after 2 days (I actually stopped by since I was runninf some errands nearby) and they apologized for not contacting me with an update. Next day they called me and said the Tv was ready. I went to pick it up and Mr. Stransky even helped me since it was raining and covered the set to protect it from the water and helped me to put it in the car. He was diligent and really showed he cared about my business. I connected the TV and left it on for hours to test it. No problems at all. It has been working fine since the repair. I recommend them and would use his services again.

At first he came to the house to try to repair it.  Then he came with a part and still could not repair it and took it to his shop.   A week later he said he could not repair ours, but sold us another used one that was very similar.  So far this one is working just fine.

The volume of my tv was inoperable, and he fixed it in less than 15 minutes. His visit went well.

TV was picked up promptly on time Saturday morning, I called Friday in the afternoon.  Brought back 5 days to my home.
Service was great, repair complete and there is a 1 year guarantee. Very pleased.  Would recommend and use again, if needed.
