Description of Work: Only one technician has been unacceptable. Every other technician has been extremely helpful, knowledgable, courteous and respectful. Capelouto has been unusually quick when any insects have been found in our home. One day they had a tech at our home before end of workday on a Friday and we called them at 2:00 pm or so. Outstanding service. We have pest and termite plans with them.

Description of Work: I started using Capelouto for my pest control (selected based on Angie's list reviews) in October 2012. Their treatment has stopped carpenter ant intrusion, and controlled wasp nest building on my home. Roach sightings are few, and I've almost stopped using roach traps. I have not used any other service in this area, so I have nothing to compare with. I am very pleased with the results obtained, and with the professionalism and attitudes of the pest control specialists I have had (currently, it's Brian).
