He was very quick to respond and did the job in about an hour. The cost to put in new rollers seemed to be very costly. Adjusting the spring and the limits on the unit are fine.

I had called another company I was familiar with and was not comfortable with the pricing having been a licensed general contractor so I called master lift who gave me a much more honest, reliable and cost efficient price.

Great work at a decent price. They completed the job quickly and was thorough in explaining the process to me.

I called a repair service to see if I could have my existing opener fixed. When the repair person arrived they started to try and sell me a new garage door opener. I told them that I wanted the exting one fixed, but they claimed they did not know how to dismantle it since it was too old. They said installing a regular opener would cost $550, I agreed since many of the garage door openers I priced online were about $200-$300 (Genie brand, like the one I had already). They ended up installing a cheaper Chamberlain brand opener that runs about $130-$150, so ultimately I was charged about $400 to have it installed. My local Lowes had the same opener for $128 and would have installed it for an extra $130. Master Lift claims to have a 3 year warranty on all their services but overall I was not impressed with their expertise and especially not their pricing. Do not bother unless you have money to burn.
