He was very thorough in checking exterior for possible areas of entry. Sealed all open areas and set traps to capture critters in the attic. Came back two times per week to check traps; re-set and removed captures as needed. Very courteous, personable and knowledgeable.

Mr.Killen arrived on time and explained the process he would be using. After treatment he let me know that it may take up to 15 or more days to rid my home go roaches. He recommended a follow up spray every other month which I accepted.

Bob Killen is a consummate professional in his field. He has been servicing my current home as well as my previous home for over 7-years. He has made recommendations in the past regarding how I can best seal minor cracks and how to keep vulnerable areas dry and free from things that may promote infestation. In all cases, his suggestions made good sense and in following trough with his recommendations alongside his applications, all pests have eliminated and have not returned. Mr. Killen has me on a bi-monthly maintenance program which has worked perfectly.

Prior to Mr. Killen, I used other pest control professionals with mixed results. I have recommended Mr. Killen to family and friends over the years and all who have worked with him have been exceptionally pleased; those in need of his services as part of ongoing maintenance use him exclusively. There are no bugs of any kind inside my home; I hear the same from family and friends.

My husband and I have used "Bob's Killen Pests" for over 10 years. On our first encounter, he treated our condo for termites (exterior and one area internal) which totally cleared up the problem quite quickly. We then employed him to treat our condo for ants, roaches, spiders, etc, on a monthly basis, which still continues today. Our condo is an end unit on the ground floor, so gets more insects than most units. With Bob's help we have been insect-free most of the time. If an occasional flare up does occur, Bob would treat it right away, and the problem is solved.

Bob is entirely trustworthy and professional and always arrives and completes the job in a timely manner. He is also very personable and knowledgeable. We will continue to use his services as long as we are here - we have been completely happy with his work.

Bob is outstanding. We have had him for more than 5 years and completely trust him. Living in Florida, pest control is challenging. Whenever there is an issue he comes out immediately. He is fair, kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. We didn't want a different person in our home for each treatment like the big companies often do and we have had the best experience with Bob. We even worked with Bob to have our house tented and that turned out to be a wise decision as well.

He's talkative at times, however he get's the job done. There have't been any issues and he provided an extra supply of ant poison in between his visit.  There hasn't been anymore bugs since he left.

It went very well...since I've moved in to my new residents I've never seen so many bugs in my life. Got right on the phone to Bob. He didn't hesitate and came right out. He inspected the house and determined that I had a big problem with Germans, he sprayed that day and we contracted to do a monthly maintenance. I haven't seen one since. Great guy with an awesome personality.
