I contacted the company around mid-August to get a quote and was completed within 2 hours. It was going to cost $120 to do a full yard clean-up, then $30 for each detailed service thereafter (monthly April-October, then 6 weeks November-March). A couple hours later I received a phone call to set up my account and was told service would begin within a week. It was 3 weeks and 6 phone calls later before they came out to their full clean-up service the yard. I then had 2 more services done in October and November. The end of January/beginning of February I called them to find out why my yard had not been detailed for 2+ months. They said it had been wet but would be completed within the next couple of weeks. However, that didn't happen until the end of March. That was the last service I was able to witness to my property (I was gone several weeks in June, so I can not say if it had been done then). I called the company on September 30 telling them that it had been months since my yard had been serviced. The lady told me that she would find out the last time it had been completed and what was going on, and get back to me. She called me just a couple hours later and said that they did not do service in September, but that it was done in August. I told her there was no way...some of the bushes/shrubs were 2 feet overgrown. I had to pay $120 to have my yard cleaned up last year and its in worse condition now then before. She told me they would be out Monday, October 3 to do a full yard clean-up and use that as my September service, and then be out at the end of October for my October service, and then every month after that. I repeated everything back she said to me and she acknowledge that the information was correct. Monday: no service and tried calling a few times starting at 4:50, no answer. On Tuesday, I called several time and left a couple of messages. I missed a call from them but called back 4 minutes later and no answer. On Wednesday I called several times again and left a couple messages. I also sent them an email but it came back that it was undeliverable. I called once on Thursday and still nothing. They service the yard across the street and I spoke to the worker. He tried calling their office a few time and they still didn't answer. I began calling again on Monday and left a couple more messages but no answer and no return call. Today I tried calling again and it goes straight to voicemail. They seems very eager to get your business but then leave you high and dry when incomes to actually servicing your yard. I am very disappointed at the condition of how they left my yard. They make several promises they don't keep. They are impossible to get ahold of. I would NOT recommend them to service our yard unless you want it to look like a jungle!
