Custom Maids

2 cleaning ladies were supposed to arrive between 1 and 2. Showed up at 2:20. I had an appointment so had to leave. Quickly gave them a job plan. Told them to do no more than 2 hours. So agreed upon rate was $120 with their manager. But husband paid them. Overpaid, they asked for $135, not amount agreed upon. and because he didn't know that he also tipped them another $20. Tried to contact the manager twice. Then I left town for a week. Left message but never heard back after initial contact. My regular cleaning lady alone does the entire house by herself in less than 4 hours and does more work than I gave them to do. Never again.

It was GREAT!!! Nikki & Jasmine did a fabulous job:) They were pleasant to work with. They arrived on time & got right to work, they finished the job in just 2 hours. This is a company I would use again & would definitely recommend to my friends.

Tim arrived not only on time but a little early and went to work immediately. He did an outstanding job on the windows, sills and screens, inside and out. Without sacrificing quality, he finished the job (working solo) in the same amount of time it has previously taken two people to do it, both from this and other cleaning services. He was courteous and professional throughout the visit. I have Custom Maids do my windows most years and will certainly ask for him again next year.

As usual, they did a great job. I came home to a very clean home, with the bathrooms, kitchen, floors, ceiling fans, furniture, glass French doors, and more sparkling clean. I like that they usually send the same maids to my house each time and I can get to know the maids, so I don't have to worry as much about having strangers in my home. I love that I can have a straight and clean house at the same time, instead of only having time to do one or the other (I straighten, they clean). I also like that the owner checks in with me occasionally for feedback as well.

They are wonderful - have Kim every time and she does a great job!

Melissa and Janet arrived promptly and did a very thorough, careful job both inside and out. They also cleaned the sills and hurricane-shutter hardware and even took care of a few cobwebs in one or two places. Everything was spotless when they were finished. I've used Custom Maids for this service several times in previous years, but this team not only did the best job but was also the most cheerful of any cleaners who have worked for me.

They were very good. They required little direction. They were very helpful and had the foresight to let me know what services they could give the next time they were at my resident's. They were here around a little over a hour and cleaned my place thouroughly and precisilely what I wanted cleaned. I was very pleased with their work.

Everyone I've dealt with by phone is very friendly and helpful. I have never met any of the maids, as they come while I am at work, but they pay attention to requests/instructions about specific things that need to be clean, and do a good job overall. They really excel at making the bathrooms sparkle! The dusting and floors are hit-or-miss; sometimes I have to re-mop when I get home, or find something completely untouched - which I think probably occurs when they are running out of time. Still, for the price and convenience, it's really worth it!

The two-person cleaning team arrived 10 minutes late but went to work immediately and did a good job in most areas, and an outstanding one in the kitchen. They missed a few surfaces in dusting and emptied some, but not all, wastebaskets. They were extremely pleasant and cheerful throughout the visit.

A fair price quote was given over the phone by Toni. The cleaners came at time promised and completed their assigned room cleaning in time quoted. Problem was that I wasn't real satisfied with completed job. One worker let me know she was unable to remove "hairspray" buildup on bathroom door knob and toilet seat and suggested how "I" could get it cleaned. The bathroom light fixture wasn't wiped off, the kitchen drip pans were not touched and the kitchen sink still looked uncleaned. I went back over the door knob and toilet seat with my own house cleaner and scoured the kitchen sink finding both shined up with little effort on my part. They may need to change cleaning product. I appreciated their cleaning services but will not be calling them again.

They are very thorough. They brought their own stuff and equipment. They are very friendly. I had to leave them alone for a little bit, and I had no problem. The cost will depend on what you have done. They were 2 people. It is 15% of spring cleaning and 20% off windows and screens.
