Rod checked out the job on Thursday the 12/29, called on the 30th that the weather on the 31st would be fine for the job. He completed the job in a few hours and was very neat and professional and very respnsible. Plan to use Rod in the spring for some other jobs outdoors and for some indoor projects too.

Rod has done an exceptional job. We contacted him first to repair floor moldings - which turned into a project to remove a wall, move large appliances, add shaker paneling,paint kitchen cabinets, lay bamboo flooring (which was laid against a stone wall with such master skill ) and completely refacing our steps which look so beautiful. He also gave life to an old wall unit making it look stylish and elegant . Rod and his team are terrific people: curteous, clean, and very professtional. I would highly recommend him. We inrtend to do many future projects with him and are thrilled to have found someone so wonderful and with great ideas.

The first couple of cleanings with Rod were good, but as time went on I noticed less and less attetion to detail. My wood blinds were not getting dusted, my kitchen and foyer floors were not mopped and I noticed the tile walls in the master bath shower were not wiped clean of the soap residue. After leaving a detailed list of things for him to pay special attention to, he ignored it and did none of the things on the list. I feel as though he came in and vacuumed, dusted (furniture) and spot cleaned the floors at best. I was extremely disappointed with his service and would absolutely never refer him to anyone.

Rod has done small handyman projects for me as well as the housecleaning. The projects are done on my schedule and completed quickly and efficiently. Rod cleans up any mess from the project and assures my satisfaction before he leaves. His prices are very reasonable and reflect the time he spends on the project. I have been so pleased that I recommended his services to a friend and co-worker.
