 + -1 moreMike is very professional, intelligent and capable of solving any problems that come up. He is a fantastic worker, reliable, and someone you can really count on to complete the job, and do it well. My brother and I( from CT & NC) were in Florida for 1 week, to get my parents house on the market which was an overwhelming job, as the house and yard had been very neglected and overrun with stuff (junk). Mike helped from start to finish, and then after we left, continuing the work and following up on all items to completion - keeping us updated after we had to leave. We originally set a price of $500, but then seeing that Mike was doing much more than we had originally asked, we increased the price. He is very reasonable, honest and a hard worker. What a find! As a real estate agent in the Raleigh North Carolina area, I wish I could find someone like him in my area.
Description of Work: Major yard clean up, clearing 1/4 acre lot of overgrown shrubs, trees, old fencing, landscape ties, assorted junk, machinery, you name it..... my fathers assorted projects and yard sale finds of 8 years. In addition to carting away all this stuff, he cleaned up this neglected and eyesore of a yard and landscaped it to pristine condition. Did a beautiful job of rearranging existing plants and stepping stones into a nicely landscaped yard. Adding mulch, and keeping pricing down by utilizing plantings and yard items that were available in the yard. In addition, he was very talented at helping with any repairs I needed in order to get the house in excellent condition. Both inside and outside the house, he competently made repairs. Any job I needed done - he either could do it, or could refer me to someone capable and reasonable. He also picked up the slack for another person I hired to do some work, who was very disappointing.
