Above and Beyond Deep Cleaning Services

our house was broken in to and there was a lot of cosmetic damage in the house. I called me back on Thursday only 1 of 2 that did BTW, and explained me situation. Jesse was fantastic. he cam over to the house on a Saturday assessed the situation , had someone there that night to clean the carpets and furniture and a team of 6 there on Sunday to clean the house. Everyone of them were courteous and polite. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed! Jesse called immediately after my putting a request on Home Advisor, made an appointment to see our house. He came out, examined the house, and gave us a price for an initial deep cleaning, and then ongoing periodic cleaning services. He made the initial appointment for 2:30pm. I inquired if that would be enough time to do our 2200 sq ft house. He said they would be sending out a "team". Well, on the day of cleaning, they were an hour late (3:30pm and no phone call) and only two people showed up. They were very conscientious and hardworking cleaners, but no one could do a deep cleaning of our house in a couple of hours. I was really expecting reinforcements to show up after they called their boss to report their lack of progress, but no one came. They said they were done about 7:15pm and left. The parts of the house that they cleaned, they did a wonderful job, but when it was getting late, they gave the most important parts of the house (master suite and kitchen) a "lick and a promise". I blame their failure on management and planning, not on the workers who were here to clean. You couldn't even tell anyone attempted to clean our bedroom and bathroom. Maybe they're taking on more jobs than they can handle, or whatever. If it was me, I would have called the customer and rescheduled for a different day when I could give the job the attention it needed.

Jessie, Rachel and the team did a fantastic job deep cleaning my house after a houseful of adult renters destroyed it! The house was beyond filthy but when Rachel and her team were done it was restored to its former self. Fantastic Job and really nice caring people to work with. Thank you!

The girls showed up on time and did a great job. I was surprised by how quick they were to do a great job.

This company did respond quickly when my regular housekeeper could not come. Two young people came to clean my 4 bedroom 2 1/2 half bath home. They were joined by by two more about an hour later. Perhaps it was because of their own company scheduling but communication was a problem, even among themselves. The cleaning was by no means "deep" and I had to go behind them after the work was completed to ask for do-overs or do it myself. I do want to say, that with the exception of one of the girls, they really all pitched in and I feel they did their best on such short notice, however, the fee that was charged was more than any other service I have used in the past for questionable cleaning. Plus, just to have a piece of furniture moved a couple of inches would cost an extra $10. They were done in 2 hours, but I would have liked them to stay the additional available hours to complete cleaning. Would I use them again....? I support young entrepreneurs and would consider hiring them again only if I had the time to write down a check off list for each room....things like flush the toilet or pick up the dirty clothing near the nite stand. Maybe one team leader would help them through the chaos.

I do not hesitate to recommend Above and Beyond to anyone. They did a first-rate job on cleaning my home and I had them return to do the windows on another day. The windows are vinyl and were a challenge since they had not been cleaned since my husband passed away two years ago. Rachel and her crew showed up on time and went right to work. They did an excellent job and before they left, made sure everything was in good order. Rachel and her crew are professionals and hard workers. They are also nice people and trustworthy. I will certainly use them again.

I had never used a maid service before and they impressed me with their work. I will be using them regularly now. They made my day the next morning as I did not feel overwhelmed with things I had put off doing. I could take a sigh of relief.
