John K was fantastic. he explained what needed to be done and he took pictures of problem areas on the roof. He then took the time to show me the materials that were to be used on the roof. Prior to a major rain storm he came out and put a tarp over the leaky portion of the roof. The crew that did the work were very professional and finished in one day. Andre the crew leader took pictures of the finished job to show me. John and Lou both showed up during the day to see how the job was comming along. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend this company.

When the guy from the company came out to give the estimate he was great. He explained everything really well and I thought that I was going to have a great experience working with them, but that was not the case. I was concerned about the condition of the facia boards behind the gutters because the old gutters were pulling away from the house. When I spoke the the man that gave us the quote he had said that once they removed the gutters they would let me know if anything needed to be replaced and they would replace it for an additional charge. Because of this I wanted to be home to see if there was any issues when they replaced the gutters. I reached out to them on a Tuesday to see when they would be coming out and I was told they would let me know when an appointment was available. That Thursday they came out with no notice. I left work early and by the time I got home they had the new gutters in the front of the house up (which was the area where I thought the wood might be bad). I asked the Installer, who was on the roof, if any of the wood was bad and he stated that some of it was. So I asked does any of it need to be replaced and he said â  pretty much all of itâ  . So I didnâ  t understand why he would hang the new gutter if he thought the wood needed to be replaced. I spoke to him about how I was told if any wood needed to be replaced they were supposed to let me know and then replace it. He stated that they were not there to replace the wood that day and didnâ  t seem to care. I contacted the company and spoke with Tyler, he said that he was going to handle the situation but the that didnâ  t work out like I thought. He said that it would be an additional $250 for them to replace a 12ft facia board and the earliest they could come back was the next Monday. He also stated that the wood was good enough condition for the gutters to be put up even though there was two large holes rotted out of the wood. The workers left without a gutter on the front of my house and didnâ  t come back till the next Monday. For 4 days, two of which rained, I didnâ  t have a gutter on the house and there was two big holes in the wood. The job was completed but I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone in the future.

These people showed up every day and time they said they would. Great communication throughout. I even got a visit after the job to make sure I was satisfied. My job was for gutters but when I need a roof, I will definitely call this company!

Work was done quickly. I was informed before and during the repair as to what was being done.

Everything was done exactly as stated and agreed on. I only had an issue with the financing, I payed 50 percent down and agreed to pay the rest monthly with credit card. they apparently sold my lone to a 3rd party which does not take credit card payments, the reason I had set up the credit card payments is so i could get the sky-miles, i ended up loosing over 4 thousand sky-miles. otherwise it a great company.

Simple! Good work, cleaned up good like they were not even here. A little expensive.

We were promised that the project would be finished within three to four days. It took more than two weeks. Plus the roof of the lanai still leaked and has only been fixed recently. There has not been enough rain to find out whether the sealing has been done properly . There has been too much aggravation and delay to say that we would recommend your Company to other roofing seekers.
