Stu's Roof and Window Cleaning

They cleaned windows as they were doing roof. Had to hire someone to clean windows after they left. Had to hire someone to repaint some tiles. Had to get a roofer to find out how they caused a leak. Had to redo the front porch Did not raise these issues with him. Just moved on after my mistake in hiring him.

Stu and his son spent 3 hours cleaning my tile roof and driveway. I would recommend them to anyone needing these services.

Easy communication overall. Small hiccup with the day they were to come but it made no difference, they did a great job at a fair price. I gave their ne to my neighbor. Our hoa will have them bid on all of our future jobs. Good people, competitive price high quality work and quickly communicate. It's a no brainier.

Great communication. Was sincere about assuring my concerns about the potential of damaging our Landscaping. Took extreme measures to protect our property. As an absentee owner we were sent before and after pictures of our rooftop.

I requested quotes from 3 Home Advisor Pros. Stu was the only one who actually came to my home to discuss the job and give me a quote. One "Pro" quoted me over the phone and the other "Pro" asked me to text pictures to get a quote. Stu is professional, courteous, does an excellent job and his pricing is competitive. He not only impressed me but also three of my neighbors who hired him to clean their sidewalk, driveway and home exterior.

The gutters, soffits, and pool pavers were well cleaned. The first floor awnings were cleaned of the mildew and the second floor awnings in back, where he could stand on a roof to spray. but the second floor awnings in front still have mildew on them and I am not satisfied with that. He is fine with first floor awnings, but I would not recommend him for a 2 story home.

Stu was awesome, called him at 8am in the morning and he was at my home by 9:30am. He took a look at my ceramic tile roof and told me he could clean it the same day. He not only did a great job, he found some cracked tiles and went ahead and fixed them as well. He did such a great job that while he was working several of my neighbors could not believe the difference. They also took his information. Can say enough about how pleased we are!!
