Nice people, easy to have in your home. Did a good a Job removing wallpaper in both bathrooms, love our new look!

Initially the company came and gave a good impression. Then when hired, they may have used a lesser quality paint after starting instead of the high end paint we wanted and discussed. He claimed he would do more than anyone else would do. We also discussed wall paper and patching and he said that would be included. He claimed his price was higher but they are better. Then he came back and lowered the price so we ended up hiring him. He portrayed it as a big company but it is not. Then they tried to upsell to have his spouse decorate. Also once he mentioned that he just puts out a bid and if someone takes it, that is great. I don't think he should say that to a paying customer. The job done was far below anything acceptable, not professional at all. Many areas were missed and several areas that needed sanded and repaired were not done. The entire experience was not pleasing at all. I would not recommend this company.

Very polite and well organized. Pricing seemed fair based upon all the preparation work. Chair rail was removed and had to be spackled several times with sanding done between coats. I would highly recommend their services which are many and diverse. We will certainly call this business again. Mike communicates and shows up on time sometimes with his wife who is also talented along with being a retired decorator so her suggestions relative to projects have a lot of merit. Phew, I never write reviews but thought very highly of Sterling restorations.

Professional, prompt, and service-oriented. We hired Mike Chaney to finish painting the remaining half of the house that we just bought. My husband, a perfectionist, started and finished the other half. It was my idea to hire and pleased that my husband was overall satisfied with their work. They prepped all walls, painted and cleaned up thoughtfully. They finished early and came back to retouch a few spots. The â spotsâ â looked fine to me but as I said my husband is a perfectionist. Iâ ll use them again for sure.

These guys (father & son) were top notch in every way. Arrived on time, hard workers, great attitude, did a wonderful job on all my projects and then cleaned up nicely. The tongue n groove cypress ceiling they put up looks amazing. They also built wonderful cabinets on one side of the garage and painted them too ! Added baseboard & trim, installed a door, door knob & lock, and thresh holds. We are 200% satisfied with the professional jobs they did. We would highly recommend them for your jobs.

Very easy to deal with and very professional. I was thrilled with the results and timely manner the work was done. I was kept informed all the way thru.

We had 2 bathroom floors covered with vinyl. Our kitchen floor covered with vinyl planks, and backsplash with travertine plus grouted. Mike showed up on time, trustworthy and nice guy. His prices were reasonable. We will use him again and we highly recommend he and his quality of work.
