Quoted next business after review and installed the day after. Others needed up to a week to come out and evaluate. I already was down a week till I called Minute Man.

Needed my water heater elevated and replaced. Purchased my own water heater (the exact same size I already have), stand, and pan, just needed labor. Pat came out and complained about wasting his time on giving an estimate because it is a flat rate for this type of job. Had an attitude the entire visit. He also left the water heater turned off (discovered this at my next shower). He said he could install next day. He was informed that I need a written estimate to provide to FEMA since they are the ones who ordered this and will be covering the cost. Never received an estimate. Called FOUR different times requesting the estimate. Even spoke with a female who stated she was the owner and would make sure I received it. Never received an estimate. At this point, even if I did, I would not use this company for install with how Pat acted and how many people have dropped the ball on something so simple as sending an email.

They were very helpful in finding out with my problem was. I need a whole house repipe which is very expensive but they let me know that and did not charge me for the call.

Installed our water heater within 24 hours of our consultation meeting. Service was excellent

They cancelled the first appointment ahead of time, saying they did not have enough staff to do the job. We rescheduled, and then they called and cancelled again the second time they were supposed to show up; however, this time they did not cancel until during the actual time window they were supposed to be here. I had arranged my day for the appointment and had cleaned out the area where the work was to be done. What a waste of time. I will need to find another company that will actually show up. I'm not sure why this company is even on the Angi list.

Came out in time; listened to me; made recommendations for my project; gave a reasonable estimate; and got the job done same day in a few hours!

I came to fix a leak but never found it. never even turned the water on but cut a hole in the wall. He charged him $225.00 for cutting the sheetrock, which took him 5 minutes. a big rip-off. My son found the leak after the plumber left.

Be willing to spend a little more to get a MUCH better water heater!
