Wonderful company. They were at my home working within an hour of the call. I had another company who were here twice earlier in the week to clear the drains. They charged me for a warranty but would not honor it after they could not fix my problem. I called Minuteman and they spent a lot of time locating the main problem and then resolving the problem. They were very thorough in making sure the problem was resolved before they left. Very clean, knowledgeable, and I would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs. They were also half of the price as the "National Brand" company I was let down by. They also offered twice the warranty. Great, great company.

Minuteman Plumbing was fantastic. They saw my posting on a Sunday, called immediately, and were here in half an hour, with no weekend charge. They stayed until the problem was solved, and charged a few hundred dollars for a job someone else had quoted me thousands to do. Very professional work and excellent customer service. I will use them again, and highly recommend them. At least get a second opinion from them.

Explained everything well. Came out at 2am to pump out our leaky hot water heater so our laundry room wouldn't flood. Ended up costing less than original estimate. Cleaned things up well afterwards. Set up permits for me. Very pleasant and professional. Cathy was very pleasant as well and kept me apprised of progress. Will definately use again if I need their services and will recommend them to my friends and family
