Minuteman just replaced one of my water heaters. They are good, honest people with no-nonsense great pricing, and they stand behind their work with 10 yrs parts and labor warranty. They arrived when they said they would for the estimated, staying in touch to let me know when they would return to do the install, and were mindful of our home, wearing booties to protect our carpets. I have now found the plumbing company that we will always be using in the future. thank you guys! (and thank you, nice lady, who called me on Sunday 60 seconds after I posted the request, and scheduled the appointment!)

Replaced my broken water heater. I was in a panic. After dealing with two frustrating people from answering services, I called this Minuteman Plumbing, LLC. This is a family business. An owner answered the phone on a Sunday. She was so great to talk to. Set me up with an appointment first thing Monday morning. Later that day the other owner came over to see what was needed for the job. Monday morning the broken tank was removed and a new one was installed quickly. They were great. Fast, very neat, answered all my questions. They made the whole thing painless.

Very nice people who cleared our severely clogged drain. Only problem was getting them out to our home. Twice we were told they would come, and they did not show up. Finally, on third time, they came.

Love the guys that came out but was supposed to get a quote before they started but that did not happen and yes I should have asked but did not as I needed to get the clogs cleared. Thought the price was kinda steep, and they borrowed my ladder because they did not have one. Did not get an itemized bill. They definitely got the job done but just thought the fee was steep and then No help from HomeAdvisor to capture a 30% discount.

Flexible to work with: I provided the water heater, expansion tank and hot water re-circulation pump and Minuteman Plumbing quoted the cost to install. Great service at a reasonable price. I will use them again for any future plumbing needs.
