The experience of their master plumber who was sent for the estimate is what impressed me. With regard to my (solar) water heater replacement, I was offered an option I hadn't thought of. The installer was thorough and did good work.

Originally promised arrival between 11am and 1pm, then by 3pm, then by 4pm, then by 7pm. Finally arrived at 7:30pm. Charged over $1500 for a water heater replacement. 25 minutes of labor and a roughly $500 unit. Provided incorrect Zelle payment forcing me to pay twice and wait for funds to get back in my account from the incorrect payment address. Was promised a 10year warranty. I have requested the warranty paperwork and an invoice, neither has been provided.
