I lost an entire day waiting for the appointment which was three hours late, but the work was good, the value for the buck decent, and what do you really need from a plumber more than that?

We sought several estimates for installation of a new on-demand water heater. Minuteman's representative answered questions and gave explanations that were very helpful. They worked our installation in on an urgent basis and did a great job.

First on the job wasnâ t quite up to speed. Second crew of two had it down. Knowledgeable and amiable. Pretty quick also. I liked having a family owned business that was pretty local. Price was hundreds less than the highest quote. But of course, only time will tell. I feel good though. Ten year warranty. Nice.

Price gouged to the nth degree. Appt was for 11 Am. He showed up at 1 PM. No upfront estimates are available. Charged $650 just to install a new water heater we had already purchased. Totally exorbitance based on my after-the-fact search for charges for the same service. I think we were taken advantage of, pure and simple price gouging.

Our first visit for a free estimate was from Ryan. We were really impressed with his knowledge and after review of his and other estimates we decided to go with Minuteman. Although we weren't able to have Ryan complete the job, they sent Rob, a longtime employee, to install a new water heater. We were pleased with his professionalism and his wealth of experience. They offer a 10 year warranty on a State Water Heater which is 4 more years than the manufacturer themselves. We would definitely use Minuteman again in the future.
