Another plummer said it was broken pipe and. Gave estimate of. 6000 this plummer found a washcloth clogging the pipe removed. No pipes were. Broken. A honest plummer GREAT JOB

well, I'm not too happy with the way my water heater is working. My older water heater never had any problem with any staining and white milky water in it. I have called the company and they said someone was going to call me back that day and never did. IT has been weeks since they installed my 30 gallon hot water heater and I still have a milky white water coming out. I put a glass under the spouts and it will clear up from the bottom up. So I'm thinking there is air bubbles in my tank that needs to be fixed like right now! They turned my water off from the outside so, maybe it's not turned back on right or it's the new tank. I need them to come back out and take out the bubbles. My tank also will make some sort of pop noise here and there too. After they figure it out then, I will change my star review but, for right now. I am not happy. The guys that came were both nice but also forgot to tell me that my water in my toilet was going to be black for a couple of flushes. I did tip them both and paid for the work. Still waiting some day for them to fix the milky air bubbles out. I do know that it was NOT from my older tank or outside water meter.

They came to my house, assessed the problem quickly, provided me with a quote right then and there, and we scheduled a day to do the work. The day of the work, they were on time, clean, professional, and super efficient. They did an amazing job!

This company is ready and willing to go all out for your satisfaction. This I learned by just having a good open dialogue and the job and issues went very smoothly. I would highly recommend this company, like so many have done before me.

Two other plumbing companies never bothered to return my call and a third plumber wasn't available for another 3 days. This company was professional and contacted me right away. The Owner took the time to explain what my options were on the phone before I even hired him! I replaced a leaking solar hot water heater tank with an energy efficient standard hot water heater. The disconnect from the solar connections looks clean, and the old tank and all its connections were removed. I think the price was within range and I will use them again for future plumbing issues.

The whole experience was excellent, from the first call back to the completed job. It was a Saturday around 11:00 am I was just expecting to get a quote on an electric water heater replacement since ours was leaking, the owner called me back gave me an out the door price, and it was very reasonable for a really good quality product. They came that afternoon and replaced it, the technician that came out was super nice knowledgeable and friendly with excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend them.

Didnâ t know what I was going to do about a leaking solar hot water heater in the morning. By the late afternoon problem was solved!! Replaced it with a standard hot water heater.

They quoted my mother-in-law and our place for tankless water heaters but when they came out to install them they said they could not do them for anywhere close to what they quoted. Terrible experience and a waste of time.
