Definitely steered us in the right direction. We thought we needed a tankless hot water heater system. $350 later, we had a small recirculating pump installed and HOT water much faster.

I would give them higher than five stars if I could. They were very responsive and went out of their way to help us out. Sharon and Elaine in the office were wonderful to deal with and our installer, Travis was pleasant, respectful and did a wonderful job. I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Quick appraisal of our situation followed by installing a new tank the next day. Quick and efficient.

Had hot water tank replaced 10/27/31. On 11/03 toilet was replaced, had work man open space where hot water tank was replaced, water was in reserve pan, he said probably from old tank, he left, I looked an inch around of water, called he came back & replaced the ring around the packing , I feel original valve should have been replaced since it was a 1990 tank or given the option to be replaced. He also said if it starts leaking again, valve will be replaced along with a fee again.

Overall it was excellent. The 2 man crew was courteous and clean. they explained the working go the tankless hot water heater. they also told me I am entitled to a rebate from our gas company which I was not aware of.
