They were on time . They did the work and provided the most for the money.

They are busy and come one hour late.

The only ding I have is that when we made the appointment we were told they could replace an undermount bathroom sink. As it turns out they don't do that and apparently not many do. They suggested we reach out to granite companies as that is the type of counter we have. Otherwise, the service was great. They serviced out Noritz tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet that we supplied, replaced parts in a toilet that was self flushing, replaced cartridges in two sinks that had slow drips. I would highly recommend this company.

They canceled twice before they finally came out to fix my hot water heater. They overcharged me and in the end, did not fix the problem.

They were very prompt and answered questions I had. They didn't try to oversell and convince me to do more than what was necessary like other companies I've dealt with in the past.

Replaced my Gas Hot Water Heater, It was not an emergency repair/replacement. The Plumber arrived right on time as I was given a 10:00 am too 1:00 pm timeframe. I received a call at around 9:30 am from the company saying the technician would be there in about an hour. He arrived around 10:15 as I recall. He was very knowledgeable about water heaters etc. Perfect Installation.

Installed high-end tankless water heater with support for external recirculation, but didn't attach to recirculation pipes. After attempting to argue that the heater's internal circulation was sufficient, they finally agreed to hook up the recirculation pipes. Unfortunately the installer didn't know how to set the heater to utilize external recirculation, so I had to do that myself. All that aside, they did a quality job on the install and provided good service. They just need to learn more about the products they install.

They sell the Navien brand of tankless water heater. Its a little more than the brands you can buy in stores but I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Although expensive, was sold a great alternative for my old solar water heater system. Not completely convinced why my old water heater should not be replaced. leaving the remaining system intact. Not repairing the existing system seems a great excuse to sell a far more expensive system by replacing the existing component(s). I now have two solar panels on my roof that are non-functional (solar water & solar-assisted HVAC). Amazing how the original installers are no longer in business when the system develops problems.

Office employees weâ re excellent, followed through on all call backs. Sent two workers, worked clean, neat and did a great job.
