The work was guaranteed for a year but they’ve only had to come out once. Scheduling was easy. I like that the treatment worked and I haven’t seen any flies. They're one of the few companies aloud that are state certified for the spiraling white fly application.

We were having an issue finding very tiny ants in our kitchen and bathrooms, usually anywhere there was a speck or crumb or near the sinks. Not being familiar with bugs in Florida we were told they were either ghost or sugar ants. The problem wasn't extensive, but enough to be an annoyance. No one wants to find an ant walking across it's kitchen counters. Anything we tried on our own didn't seem to work. We opted for a one time treatment which included the inside and outside of the house. So far we have spotted an occasional ant, but nothing like we were seeing before the treatment. They even returned about two weeks later and retreated the outside of the house. We hope this will take care of the problem. Both the first representative and the technician who did the work were very good in explaining what would be done and what to expect. I hope that this will eliminate our problem for good.

They're very responsive whenever we call, their service package is more affordable than that of other pest control companies, and they're very thorough. In fact, they always make sure to leave a follow up note citing what they did and saw during their visit. Additionally, the price for their annual package will drop to approximately 500.00 dollars if we sign up for another year.

Tented for termites. Gave incorrect info to tenants, resulting in their having to spend an extra day out of the apartment. Very difficult to reach for info; always an excuse as to why they couldn't be reached. Gave conflicting info to both owners (roof mates). I used their services only because the other owner had a contract with them. not my choice!

We've been using their services for about three years. They treat a house that we don't live in full-time so it's difficult to grade them on certain aspects of the service, but they seem to be doing a good job.

We like them. They use eco-friendly products. We are really concerned about that. They always ring the doorbell even if they are just doing outside. They leave a note on our door if we aren’t home to let us know that they were there. They wear booties when they come inside to protect our floors so that they don’t track in stuff. They have called when they wanted to check again on something that they have done inside. We had trouble with roaches for a while. They put sticky traps around instead of spraying for them. The sticky traps caught them. We didn’t have to have those nasty chemicals. They used ecofriendly products in cracks and stuff. They actually came to do the outside this morning. But I told them about the sticky traps inside. They came in and looked at the sticky traps. There weren’t roaches but there were ants, flying insects and a spider. They took the one that had the spider and the flying insect with them. They said that they would identify what kind of spider and insect it was and call us back. We have a yearly contract with them. We are really satisfied with the price. We used to have a different company before but they were using regular chemicals. We were unhappy with that. That was why we switched over to Fahey. We have had annual contract with them for two or three years now.

It went fine, we will have to wait and see, but everything looks fine as of now.

Those guys were pretty good and they did exactly what I wanted them to do. I don't know if they're the cheapest but they're competitive.

They were the builders choice when we bought the house, and they did the initial termite work for them, so we kept them. We have also hired them for once a year pest control. Everything was done as promised, but it wasn't clear to me as the outset of what the pest treatment did not include. I was kind of disappointed because almost every problem we were having, was one of the bugs that they didn't cover. They don't take care of spiders or ants, so we discontinued that service, and we take care of it ourselves with a product we got from Home Depot. They were cooperative when they came out, I just wasn't sure what I was paying for, since the 2 or 3 bugs that we had around our yard were not covered. I probably wouldn't choose them again if I had to start over. It is a bit of a hassle to switch termite inspections to keep the warranty going from the builder. They fired the technician who used to come out, because of the complaints from the neighborhood. Their service is not bad, but I like more professionalism when I deal with people. Their price is reasonable, they come out, and their schedule is automatic, so there are things that they do correctly.

It was outstanding and he comes here every 3 months. The guy is very knowledgeable, polite, on time, he explains everything to you and he's nice.

It's not bad and they come out every quarter. They're good and I've been using them for 10 years. The thing is that they're terrible in the outside. They're great but I get upset to them for the lawn care.

It's good. They seem professional, it worked out well and they treated the house. They came back yesterday and re-treated it. They took care of it. The price is fair and I'm happy with it. They had a follow-up to make sure everything's well. The guys are also very knowledgeable.

They are very thorough and personable people. I spent about $700 for a guaranteed service. Basically they get rid of pests and if they return, they will come back anytime. They have to be gone from your residence for a year for it to be out of warranty which is pretty unbelievable. They are worth every penny. They specialize in you having a problem and they resolve it.

They usually come out quarterly and they work just fine.

I've been their client for several years now. They've been reliable and I've been very pleased with the services I've received from them. They charge me a renewal contract every year to basically ensure that the house remains termite-free; I haven't had a service with them in terms of actual termite treatment.

Our experience with them has been very good. They come once a month and they usually have one gentleman that comes. We have been using them since October. Last month, one of the supervisors came and was able to tell us that we were watering our lawn too much and he showed us what we needed to adjust. Their service has been great so I would recommend them very highly. I want to say that they charge $30 a month but my husband signed up with them so he would be the one that knows exactly what their pricing is. They are very professional and when we first moved into our home, it was a new home and we ended up having an infestation of flies in the garage one morning so we called them and the gentleman that was taking care of our account came to our house within an hour. He went up to the attic and figured out what the problem was and took care of it right away. They are very prompt and dressed well. I just cannot say enough about them. They are great and their responsiveness is outstanding. When the regular appointments happen, he comes and works outside the house or on the perimeter of the house and he leaves a pamphlet on the front door telling us what he did and what chemicals he used. We would definitely continue to use them in the future.
