Description of Work: The original tech we had "Ray the Bug Man" was the best. He retired for health reasons and it went downhill from that point forward. It was issue after issue. No pre call to let us know tech was coming or he called an incorrect number. The excuses were endless. We had built a new house at that point and had major issues from the beginning for some reason. But I will commend the owner who came out with the tech personally and treated the house thoroughly and I mean thoroughly. If the tech had taken the few extra minutes to treat the house like they did that day I would still be with them. Ironically since I cancelled the pest control we have really never had a problem since. Go figure!

Description of Work: Fahey sealed my house against rodents. I've experienced no further problems since. I recommend them and would use them again myself.

Description of Work: Services were performed as agreed. I did have a problem getting rid of ghost ants and had to call Fahey back twice, but they were very prompt and eager to resolve the problem. The serviceman assigned to us (Pete)is very nice and knows a lot about the area we're originally from, so there's a lot for Pete and my husband to talk about when he's here.

Description of Work: The initial service was great. This past scheduled visit did not go well as every week since that visit we had to call Fahey back out to treat for ants (various types)! We have had ants in every room in the house. I discovered what might be a main route for the ants getting in the house. They all would go so far then split off into four trails leading to the: (1) dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom; (2) living room; (3) guest bedroom/office; (4) and the main bathroom and the 3rd bedroom. In the beginning, we had no complaints and reported them as so; however, this issue with the ants has gotten ridiculous. The people at Fahey are very pleasant and professional, however, their product does not work!! I'm even starting to get roaches and spiders again! We will be looking for another pest control service. | |

They do an annual termite inspection and treatment when necessary, and I have them by every 3 months for a household inspection and treatment of any pests that might be inside the house. They last came by and did everything that I needed. I didn't have anything in particular that needed the attention, but they took care of the wasps outside.

I am very pleased with the service they provide. I would definitely recommend Fahey to anyone who wants good service at reasonable prices.
