Description of Work: Tenting for termites...excellent services until the removal of the tent. First of all they stated the permission to re-enter the property should be done between 11-1 so we checked out of the hotel about 11 and sat outside until they arrived 4:30-5pm. Meanwhile we sat outside in the heat of the Florida summer with 2 old cats. I called about 1:00 and they stated they should be there anytime. At about 2:30 I called again - they never answered again. Now the roof leaks...of course that's our fault, which it is in the contract I signed and I knew it at the signing. But I must say there is no sign of termites now - which it was questionable before.

Fahey caught the rat in the attic and made sure no additional ones were present by checking until 3 visits in a row were clear. Very professional. Very nice. I have recommended them to two friends already. Also use them for red ant prevention.

Description of Work: Checked attic for animals and house for points of entry. Set baited traps at points of entry. Monitored traps daily. When determined attic was clear of animals sealed all openings to attic. We have used Fahey for about 15 years and still have a contract.
