Always available if an issue came up. We had tried doing treatment ourselves but this was a mistake. Fahey ias a great company. They treat inside and outside.

It seems green and much better than before they started treatment. They are professional and friendly.

I am still having a few so I need to call again but they are very helpful and come when you call. The jury is still out on using them again. When they see everything if they are up front and say this will take 4 or 5 visits instead of me having to call them.

We also had them for maybe a year for outside lawn care and weeds. We have had them for pest control for four years. We are very happy with them. We've continued to use them for pest control. We're very pleased.

Outstanding, the best there is. I used them until I moved, they were wonderful. The price was very reasonable.

They always call ahead and say that they are coming the next day. That someone would be there and so we can expect them. They leave a report on the door showing what they've done. They're good.

We've used them for a number of years. I pay them on a yearly basis. I'm totally satisfied with their service. They provide environmentally friendly chemicals so that we don't have to be concerned with our pet going out in the yard after they're done. Other companies that take care of your yard don't do that. So, I'm totally satisfied. They also do inside pest services too. They take care of our ants when we have ant problems. They've also helped us when we had a problem with a rat that came into the house. We've been quite happy with everything they've ever done for us.

Right now, I'm not happy with them. I've been seeing a lot of roaches around the house and one of them was alive. It's inside of the house. Somebody came and put some powder down which I had to get rid of because I have a dog. Anyway, I'm thinking of not using them anymore. I'm looking for somebody else. We've been using them for years. We had a guy and then we had a terrific woman who left because she wanted to be near her grandchild. I can't, at this point, give them a good rating. I'll call them again because the roaches are still not gone. They're supposed to do a little bit inside the house, but they stopped doing that. They're just protecting the outside of the house so that things won't come in. But, I don't think that's working as well. Their price was fair. They respond. Right now, professionalism would not be very high because of the man who comes here. I haven't had the time, but I have to call them and tell them not to send him anymore. If they tell me that they want my business and they're sending somebody else, that will be okay, but otherwise I can't recommend them or use them again.

That was great. I didn't find them on Angie's List. This is the third service I'm trying, the only one that has our lawn and shrubs looking fantastic. The overall quality made me give them an A.

Fahey's staff and service technicians all provided excellent service. They responded promptly to our calls and also followed up promptly with visits to address our concerns. The technicians continue to do a thorough job of cleaning and maintaining the pest control service.

We have used Fahey since we moved to Florida 9 years ago. The most recent service agent has been great. I cannot believe his ability to track the source of some of the issues we experienced. Everyone in the field and in the office is polite and responsive. There is a call the day before to allow for entry where needed. All in all we are quite happy with their services.

They do a good job. I have used them for years

The guys were pretty nice. I had to advised them what to do and show them the rooms. Eventually two traps did worked and them caught two rats.

Dan was terrific. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what kind of impact it might have. He went about his work efficiently. Before each step he would explain what he was doing, so we know he did what he came to do.

We've use them for about the last maybe 15 years. We are still continuing to use them. They come out about once a quarter and treat the house. We have their termite control so they come out and inspect all the stations periodically. They give us a report if there's any activity. Very seldom have we have had problems indoors and when we've had problems indoors, they've been very quick to come out and address those multiple times if necessary. I have an annual contract with them and I pay per treatment. I pay for the termite treatment annually.

We probably have used them for the last 15 years. We have used them for quite some time and continue to use them. We use the pest treatment. They come out about once a quarter and treat the house. We have termite control. They come out and inspect all the stations periodically and then then have been out for an exterior maintenance. They come out and clean out cobwebs and take care of any pests that might be outside the house and put down a perimeter. Very seldom have we had any problems indoors and when we have had any problems indoors they've been very quick to come out and address those, multiple times if necessary. They give us a report if there is any activity on the termites.

They do the inside once and now it's just the outside.

We have a contract with them. It is working fine as we don't have any termites. They charge me $35 a month. They are all expensive I think. There are certain different types of bugs in Florida, and I do the basic bug spray, but you can't do termite spray. There are two different types of termites, and there is the one that are underground and there are the ones that can fly and get into the roof. They came and checked and said we didn't have any. Unfortunately in Florida you have to have a pest control company. They came when they were supposed to. As long as I don't have termites, I will continue using them.

I have been working with them for quite a while so they do very good work. I do regular service with them, but I did have a special pest problem and I paid more for it. I use them every quarter.

They were fine. They missed one follow up appointment and I had to call them.

We called them and they didn’t totally get rid of the problem because it still exists. The bugs were gone for several days and they came back.

They were one of two bids; chose them based on both price, estimator's apparent knowledge & Angie List ratings. The initial service call was quite thorough; he removed all outlet plates on outer walls & sprayed behind them; put bait stations under sink cabinets, sprayed dust in attic & put bait stations around house perimeter. My only disappointment has been that they didn't call back when I noted to a followup outside bait station person that we needed a call back due to ants in one inside spot. However, I happened to have some bait stations that I put out myself & that eliminated those ants. I suspect their lack of callback was due to someone forgetting. Otherwise everything seems to e fine; house seems bug free.

Gregg did a superb job of educating us about the pest problems common to SW Florida. Since we moved from Chicago, this was really eye opening!

They are very impressive. They have highly knowledgeable technicians. They certainly know their work. They are very professional and very educational. They are very informative and they teach preventive measures.
