I thought they were excellent, and they were very responsive.

Since I was in Maryland when the inspection was performed I have to go by what my realtor told me. He said the inspection seemed to be well done & the inspector was very professional.

When I first contracted with Fahey I was very leery but willing to give them a chance. We had spiders and ghost ants for almost a year and could not get rid of them. Fahey's service is entirely to the exterior of your house. After their first visit we still had the ghost ants and I called them after about a week and they were back out the next day. The technician tracked the ants and found the entry point into the house and injected something into the tiny hole they were coming in. In less than 24 hours I did not see any more ghost ants in that part of the house. About a week later we noticed the ants were in another area of the house and called Fahey and the next day they were back again. This time they tracked them back to a very small hole in the caulk around the tile in the kitchen, again they injected something into the wall and within 24 hours we did not see another ghost and and we haven't seen one since. That was roughly 6 months ago. I asked my wife the other day, when was the last time she saw any creepy crawly in the house and she said she hasn't seen any since we hired Fahey. It has been a very positive experience with some of the most professional service people I have ever dealt with.

They were great. They come once a month now for the treatments.

They followed up with us without us asking. We have been satisfied with their service.

What is great about their service is I had ghost ants and they came out every week to fix the problem at no charge because of my annual contract. One of the guys could not figure it out so he called his supervisor. They both came up with a plan and implemented that plan. At the end of the day I no longer had ants.

We liked their salesperson a lot. The service person that comes always wants to make sure that we're happy. When I saw some bugs after they last treated, they were good about coming back and we haven't had any further issues.

Having a parrot, I wanted a pest control service that would not harm my pet. I received assurances from the salesman that would be the case. Fortunately, there are no signs of termites in my home at this time, so my service was to treat for ants, roaches, etc. If I had doubts, they were erased by my technician, who also happened to be a parrot owner. I was initially thinking of only doing a one-time treatment, but signed up for the year. After my initial experience, with treatment indoors and out, I'm glad to have signed up for year-round service. (The other three quarterly treatments will be outdoors only.) However, if I will need inside service during the year, that is included in the agreement. Can't say enough about Roger as the tech. Thorough, friendly, professional - answered all my questions. One month later and still no bug issues - I'm very pleased to have Fahey as my pest control provider.

We have been using their services for several years. Their products are good and their personnel are nice. They usually send out the same person for the work. Their prices have been raising over the years. The service is fine.

This appointment was for the initial application for a house we just purchased. The service was very positive. Leslie was wonderful and gave us all sorts of information. She was very personable and excellent with answering all of our questions. She was a nice person to deal with. We were very impressed with the company and with Leslie!

They've been fine. The technician who comes around, Edward, is very nice. They will come out for any additional work if needed. I am happy with their service.

When we called they answered right away. They sent out a sales rep to look over the house and give an estimate. He wanted us to call back the next day with an answer, which I thought was rather pushy but typical. I forgot the coupon from Angies List, but he was more than happy to apply the credit to the estimate. We were able to scheduled the service at a time that was convenient to us. The service guy showed up on time and was very professional. They called two weeks later, as promised, to check to see if there were any more problems, which there was not. We had to sign a year contract so they will be back in 3 months to do a follow up treatment.

I still have a lot of bugs in my house. Their billing system is very strange. They don't send statements, then they send past due statements. I plan on changing services.

House had been empty for over 6 months when I moved in and it was infested. Previous exterminating company procrastinated on promised remedies, wrung their hands over what to do, promised more serious treatment but never provided. Fahey came in, took my problem very seriously, and right off the bat went into extreme treatment mode and got the problem under control. Follow-up was prompt and they responded quickly and thoroughly to any new outbreak.

Fahey Pest Management is the 4th company we have used in the 16 years we have lived here.We have found them responsive and the quality of the work is a average and above.

see above..this is a co. I stay with four times per year and they have kept my home pest free. Quite reliable. and apparently health conscious per products used.

All went as expected. The wasps were mostly taken care of. I have had two quarters of service performed and all was done in a timely manner. Greg was prompt and friendly and completed his work quickly.

I am extremely happy with Fahey. The always work hard to resolve any of my concerns. I would say they go above and beyond.

They do a very good job. They are always very timely, they show up in a matter of hours if we have a problem. I would highly recommend them.
