There ways no notice of price increase, I feel that that's not fair. All my other service people let me know at least 30 days in advance of an increase. Also I feel they should inform you of a change in a tech.

They have been my pest co since I moved into my house February, 2012.

Competitive pricing; they wear covers on their shoes when in the house (very thoughtful); very responsive when we had an ant invasion; they use pet friendly products, but always advise us where they have sprayed outside in order to avoid those areas. We're in Florida, and near water, so we worry about bugs; however, aside from those ants, we have no issues at all, even on the lanai. Polite and professional.

Fahey keeps the pests at bay around our house in Florida. They keep up to date on the new kinds of invaders (different kinds of ants) that are spreading across Florida and do what they can to eradicate them from our house and yard. They are very good at explaining what they are doing and the types of pest control they are using. They know all about the life cycles of the pests.

Within the week, we had a visit from the agent who will work on the inside, as well as the agent who will work on the lawn. Each agent is one that we will see each time we are receiving service.....they know us and we know them. Yesterday we had an infestation of flies in the garage of our new home. We called Fahey this morning at 8:30 to request a visit about the flies. We received a return call within 15 minutes, and the agent was to visit our home between 10:00 and 12:00 this morning. He called and arrived at 9:15. He evaluated the situation and explained the treatment and follow up. He assured us that if we had any other issues that we should call the office and he would return. He was very pleasant and professional.

Excellent service. I was leaving town the next day and gave them short notice of re-appearing ants. They sent the supervisor out since my regular guy was already booked. It meant I wouldn't have to come home to lots and lots of ants everywhere. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful service.

We have used them for our pest control service for at least ten years. The employees are very trustworthy. The service has proved itself. They are always willing to come out in between quarters free of charge if there is something that needs to be taken care of. This summer they came out immediately when we started finding ants in the house. The company is professional, the appointment process is easy and they answer the phone quickly. They are good about calling ahead of time to let me know they are on their way so we can put our dogs away. They send the same technicians each time which we like.

I have never had termites in my house since I bought it even though termites are an issue in Florida. They seem very professional. They come out, check the house and give me a report. They have good follow up letting you know what they find. They are great and all my other neighbors use them.

We have been using their services for about three years. It has always turned out well. I like that they send us a note when it is time for our annual inspection so I know when to call. They schedule an appointment quickly at our convenience and they are always prompt. They are polite and do a good job.

I can call them back if I am ever having any type of pest problems. They just work on on outside, but will work on the inside if you ask them.

They send me an invoice as well, and don’t need to be paid the same day of the service.

The service is excellent. They are the best I have ever had. The sales person Leslie, is not your typical sales person. You don’t ever get the feeling that you buying a used car. I would highly recommend them.

We dealt with 3 people from the company. Joe Knight who basically put a package together for us. Roger the pest management tech & Bruce the lawn & shrub care tech. All three were very professional, explained very thoroughly what these programs would do for us & answered all of our questions completely. It was nice that there were different payment options offered.

The intial service was done and after two weeks, I still had a problem with ants. I called and they promptly came out (on a Saturday) and retreated. The customer service gals are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this family owned business.

DID A PRETTY GOOD INSPECTION THROUGH THE HOUSE AND STORAGE AREA OVER GARAGE. THE PRICE WAS JUST 250.00 OVER THE COMPANY I CHOSE. OH YES THE PUT A HIGH PUSH ON SELLING ME THE INGROUND TEMITE CONTROLWITH A SERVICE CONTRACT.

Leslie was on time (even though I wasn't). She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. In fact, I've owned this house for ~6 years, and of all the pest control "professionals" I've dealt with, SHE was the only one that took the time to explain the unique nature of the pests in this area (very different from Texas, where I'm from!!). The inspection was very thorough, and not just "cursory" like all the other companies. She actually took time to examine the baseboards, closets, ceiling, doorways, outlets, switchplates, etc in each room. She paid close attention to bathroom / kitchen / garage sink, cabinet, and appliance areas, and closely scrutinized behind, below, and above each element. She also carefully examined the entire perimeter of the building, and the entire perimeter of the property. She prepared quotes for quarter-by-quarter and annual services on-the-spot, and explained each element. The price for annual contract was in line with others I've had over the years. She was prepared to have the service technician come within 24-48 hours, however, I wanted to do some major yard cleanup prior to service. They don't have someone answering phones live on Saturday's, but they did return my call very promptly on Monday morning after leaving a message. When I was ready to schedule service, they were able to line up something to fit my extremely busy / hectic schedule. I was given the name of the technician, but not a direct phone number. I usually prefer to have cell / direct numbers for service techs, but the scheduler assured me that any questions / problems could be handled more efficiently by calling their main number. The young lady was firm, but cheerful in explaining this -- which is a very good quality in a customer service rep. Service scheduled soon, so will post separately when we see how that goes.
