I have had a good experience with them. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a good job, and when we ask for a special request, they do it. We have a yearly contract with them, and we have used them for 14 years. The individuals change occasionally.

I called them a while ago to come and do my inside, but they haven't come yet. They are pretty good, and took care of the problem for the most part. They mostly do the exterior, and they are supposed to come and do the interior, but they I wasn't around. I wouldn't refer them right now until I get a hold of them. I have had a good experience with them in the past. I am busy, so I hadn't had the chance to follow them up. The pricing is very good. I thought they would call me to do the inside every 2 or 3 months, but I haven't heard from them for 4 or 5 months.

They've been excellent. They've been very reliable. I know that we've pretty much had the same person coming out to the house from them for a long time, so there haven't been a lot of turnover in their service personnel, which is always nice. They are familiar and they are always dependable as far as coming out month to month to do their treatments. On occasion when we do have a problem, we can call them up and they will be out within a day or two to do an additional treatment if we wish. So they've been very reliable. We live in Florida, so there's always going to be bugs, but it definitely makes a big difference having the treatments.

I'm not used to being in Florida so I had questions about ants that I didn't know what they were and they were very helpful. They came out for free and did a consult. They were extremely helpful.

Arrived on time, secured the perimeter from more rodents, set traps. They kept coming back until the traps were empty. No more rodents.

They are always courteous, using covers for their shoes so they dont track grass clippings in, answering any questions, making recommendations, calling to make appointments when due so I dont have to track them. I couldnt ask for better service.

The representative who came was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were very pleased with our initial service and subsequently contracted with them for our yearly service, which is on a quarterly basis.

Fahey came promptly to our house, sealed cracks in the roof and set appropriate traps in the attic and in the house. The problem was much worse than we had imagined. We had two other providers that took our money but did not fix the problem. Fahey came every otter day until there were no more rodents. They are great!

Everyone at Fahey has been very professional and easy to work with. Services were mostly preventative, there wasn't much of a pest issue when they started. What was there is now gone. We're very happy with Fahey's service and professionalism.

It went well except they had to come back to relocate one of the termite trap . They had placed it in front of my screen door.

I called Fahey because of their A rating and they certainly lived up to that rating. They were at my door within 20minutes of my calling. They were very professional, punctual and came back whenever I saw those pesky ants. I would definitely recommend Fahey to anyone.

They were always good about calling the day before performing service. Whenever we had special issues, which wasn't often they were very prompt and thorough addressing the problem.

They are a good company. They let a fellow go, who had been the technician to my house. I was unhappy about that, and I told them that I was going to put my own pest control around my property, and I didn't need them anymore. The price was average for the industry.

Wonderful, class act company. The team represented the company very well. Giacomo did a wonderful job at explaining the different systems, providing us with several quotes; once we signed up, he gave of a detailed explanation on what to expect from the initial visit going forward. The technician that performed the initial visit, Michelle, worked very quietly around the house, sprayed all the areas, utilized several pest control methods and was as nice and friendly as Giacomo. Although the weather was cold and rainy, she still installed the termite system, and once the rain stopped, she sprayed all around the perimeter so that I would not have to worry about the spraying again.

I have a manufactured home and they do not go under the house for the inspection.

Subterranean system. They come out to check the stations but don't seem to really check. We have found stations lying on the ground dismantled. We keep the system since we have had it so long. They never find any activity. We could be paying for nothing. Who knows.

Fahey provides year round pest control including subterranian termite baiting. They have always responded quickly to any concerns. They spray for pests outside of our house and if needed take care of the inside of our home. We have been quite happy with the knowledge of their techs and their overall politeness and service. We have a contract for quarterly spraying and they will send someone any time if there are concerns - this is included in annual fee.
