AJ was my exterminator who was very professional. He explained in detail what and why he was spraying in different arears in the whole house as well as lanai. He was very personably kept me inform of his availability time wise and showed up on time. Very impressed and price was right.

Great prices, lowest I could find. They responded very quickly and scheduled me super fast. Guy came out and explained everything he was doing as well as was very friendly with me and my wild kids. He treated the house for German roaches and made sure to get every little spot as well as I had a back yard treat done and he made sure he sprayed extremely well. Explained I d see bugs at first trying to escape but also told me if it didn t work to call any time and they would come back out to treat again. He sprayed a nice barrier around the house and makes me feel very good about them not getting inside. The tech was so nice and accommodating to my household with two kids and a dog barking non stop. Hopefully this gets them gone, but I have no doubt if it s doesn t they will be back again to help me out !!

The technician that arrived at our home was named AJ. Very professional and thorough. He explained everything before he did the work and he did an amazing job. A company is only as good as its employees that actually do the work for it and this company should be very proud of AJ - he represents them proud as the boots on the ground face of this company. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to call them for the service performed at my home today. I won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

I started using them January 2016. It is now March 2020 , and I still use them. I find them to be reasonably priced, accommodating, friendly, And considerate.

AJ is the guy that come to my home and he really do a great Job i like the warranty becuase after 10 day appears again de bed bugs and he come again to my home quickly and for the customer service i can say that do a great service with me i take a picture and everything but they dont needed just send the guy to my home so I appreaciated for everything 100% recommended the company.

Customer service is great with Dylan reaching out right away and getting me what I needed. Tech was great and no bugs so far!

New customer so I will hold on overall quality of pest control services. Customer serve and responsiveness to request thus far have been good.

UPDATE: After the review was posted, Dylan and his team quickly saw it. We spoke on the phone and clear things up and ended up concluding it was due to miscommunication on both parties about addon services. Customer service is responsive and willing to keep it's customers happy. Offered full refund but would be happy with reimbursing the $20 for the landscaping part of the bill. Overall experience, rough start and miscommunication, however, resolved issues quickly. Recommendation for the company: Would like to see quoted bill with services entailed e-mailed to customers to ensure everyone is on the same page.

I had always tried to do pest control on my own thinking I couldn’t afford a professional service. But then we started to realize we could not manage due to some house repairs and our interior walls getting exposed. So we went to Home Advisor and Control Pest Management contacted me immediately. And it wasn’t nearly as expensive as I thought and well worth the money since after the first visit we have seen a drastic difference. Very happy with their service.
