Hired them to check for WDO and all he checked for was insects and mold. When I asked him if he needed to get on the roof, he said no. When I told him that my main concern was wood root, he said that a regular inspector checks for that. I have since learned otherwise so it was a waste of money. My realtor told me that it IS their job to check for wood fungus which is a WDO. He even showed it to me on the State of Florida report that he filled out. I have a 3900sf wood frame house, it should have taken him more than 15 minutes. Company called me right back and made the appointment in a timely manner and the inspector was on time but it was not a thorough inspection.

Travis was very efficient. He calmed my nerves with my ant problems. He told what to do and what not to do. I was very pleased.

It is a bit soon to be rating as they have only done one treatment. However, so far they have been easy to work with and I have no reason to be disappointed so far.
