While Steve is a nice enough guy, I had explained what I wanted several times, I gave CPM about 6 months to control the weeds in my yard. It is a different tech every time. The end result was most of my yard was dead, the weeds had multiplied, and the rude gal at the office told me that they cannot do anything for them after taking my money for the same thing for 4 months. Then, having the nerve to charge me for another treatment knowing that it would not do anything. I know the rating seems harsh, and I do not like leaving them, but they are still sending me a bill for July like they did something. do not waist your time or money on their lawn service.

Dave went out of his way to schedule my service the same week that I contacted him. The price was very reasonable. I will be switching my pest control to this company!

Before this company I had tried three other lawn maintenance companies. Had a multitude of problems with each of them from false billing charges to ineffective sprays that did not control/kill any insects. I have now been with Control Pest Management for over 12 years a still very happy. Very competitive pricing, great service ( particularly on service calls for problems), effective chemicals and a knowledgeable staff. Outstanding!

When hiring a professional grass treatment company you would expect them to come with a tanker truck with chemicals to spray the lawn using a hose, not a hand pump up sprayer . This I can do myself

Hired for one-time exterior treatment. Got back to me right away. Workman arrived precisely on time. Only negative was, as I was paying him, nudging me to sign up for quarterly service. Other than that, a very good experience. And no more bugs on porch, in the garage, or around the doorways!

They dug around the house and drilled to spray, along with spraying the infected areas inside of the home. It was quite extensive and the price was good. Even gave us tips for helping to keep bugs out in the future.

They got the job done when my last company didn’t . I was going out of my mind and thank goodness my problem is solved ! Would recommend this company.
