Great company. On time and reasonable prices. Signed up for a year on the spot because of how good they were.

So far, so good. Patrick was very professional, knowledgable, and explained and serviced my home very thoroughly. Although this was the first visit, I'm totally impressed with this company already. Thank you CPM and thank you Patrick.

A rental property with a big German Roach problem. $120 for 2 treatments and then $50/month for 6 months. That is a lot of money and hoping 3 months is enough to end the problem. David was polite and responsive. I am an out of town owner so counting on these guys to get it right.

They called almost within minutes of my inquiry, gave clear instructions, able to work around my immediate schedule and on top of all of that were FRIENDLY. followed up with an email and NO contract. Pests were gone immediately! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

They were here THREE time because of unsuccessful pest control. David promised a quarterly deal of $109 and a guarantee that our new house will be free of "bugs". He was unsuccessful and I suddenly got a call from Patrick who showed up, tried again and left an invoice for a new service which is not even due. Waste of time.

Noticed ants in shower. After further review found the step in plate was built with a wood base under the plate. After further review realized had sub-terrannal termites. Quick response..very professional and a fair cost to treat. Very happy with service. Would highly recommend.

Prompt friendly and informative

Had a prevention treatment done 1/12, but I called 1/17 requesting a follow-up because I saw a few bugs. I was scheduled the following day. He refilled the bait and let us know that everything is working since they are taking the bait and that we would still see bugs for a little while longer. Made sense! These critters don't all die overnight. =)
