Very quick response time! I don't even think I was off the web page yet! The gentleman was very nice and offered a fair deal. They showed up promptly as scheduled and took care of all of our current issues. He was very good to explain everything he was doing - and even took care of the wasp nest in our front entry way that we didn't even notice yet!

Being new to Florida, we turned to CPM to take care of our spiders and other FL insect problems based on the great reviews here. Patrick was at our home within a day of contacting him and promptly explained all of the different applications and bugs he was targeting. Luis is a gentleman. His service was exemplary.

The technician (Patrick) was very thorough and arrived on time. He treated the outside and inside of our house for pest control and did a free termite inspection. We will consider the estimate sometime in the future, currently we have no termites. Steve (owner) answered all my questions via email and phone. They both were very helpful and did not require a contract.

These guys were absolutely great! Not only did they come quickly to deal with my problem but I was also given some great advice on how to prevent future problems. I was so impressed with their work that I hired them to be our full time pest control people. I am so glad that I found them, thank you guys and Home Adviser!
